Purpose:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of adult idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Material and method:According to the systematic evaluation method of international Cochrane cooperation network, following the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria formulated in advance, the computer searches CNKI、CBM、Wanfang、VIP、Pub Med,collects the literature of randomized controlled clinical trials of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of adult idiopathic membranous nephropathy(Stage I-IV)published before December 31,2019,and manually searches six Chinese core journals in the second half of 2019.I used Revman 5.3 provided by Cochrane collaborative network for statistical analysis to make forest map and funnel map.Eventually I made sensitivity analysis and subgroup analysis for main outcome indicators. Results:This meta-analysis included a total of 20 qualified literatures, including 1300 patients. The results of quality evaluation showed that: 3 points,4 papers,2 points,6 papers,1 point,10 papers. The results of forest chart show that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is better than western medicine alone in improving clinical efficiency, reducing 24-hour urinary protein quantity, increasing serum albumin, reducing blood lipid(serum total cholesterol and triglyceride),maintaining renal function stability(serum creatinine),improving TCM syndrome score, reducing adverse events of hormone and immunosuppressant The results were statistically significant(P <0.05),the sensitivity analysis was stable and funnel diagram was symmetrical. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the clinical effect and reduce the incidence of adverse events. |
