Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Blade Acupuncture Under The Guidance Of DSA Fluoroscopy To Treat Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Purpose:To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of the DSA perspective guided needle knife therapy by contrast with the traditional needle knife therapy in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treatment.Material and method:90 patients of CSR patients were selected in the Outpatient Department of Orthopaedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine University,from May 2018 to December 2019.All the patients were randomly divided into the guide group and the traditional group,with the method of random number table.The operations of the guide group were guided by DSA fluoroscopy,and the operations of traditional group under the "Blind plunge".All the patients were treated once in the outpatient department.In order to judge the clinical efficacy,VAS scores、cervical spondylosis symptom scale scores and efficacy evaluation percentages were used in 4 times,which were before treatment、1 day after treatment、1 week after treatment and 1 month after treatment.The result were statistically analyzed.Results:79 of 90 patients had finished the clinical treatment,and the effective follow-up.6patients dropped off becase of using other therapies midway,and 5 patients fell off due to lost contact.Finally 79 cases were included in the statistical analysis,40 cases in the guide group,39 cases in the traditional group.All patients in the two groups had significantly improved in VAS scores,cervical spondylosis symptom scale scores,and curative effect evaluations compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).To compared with the traditional group,the treatment effect of the guide group was better and significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.Both DSA perspective guided needle knife therapy and traditional needle knife therapy have achieved good short-term clinical effects,and the treatment effect is significant.2.Compared with traditional needle knife therapy,the DSA perspective guided needle knife therapy is more accurate in the treatment of CSR,and the short-term clinical effect is moresignificantly.
