Purpose:Under the guidance of the theory of Wu Yun Liu Qi,this study used acupuncture combined with western medicine to treat hypertensive patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,and objectively evaluated the clinical value of acupuncture and acupuncture treatment of hypertension under the guidance of Wu Yun Liu Qi Chinese medicine theory Efficacy,provide new treatment ideas and clinical data for acupuncture treatment of hypertension.Material and method:This study was strictly in accordance with the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria from May 21,2019 to July 23,2019 in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Yuehe A total of 60 patients were treated in the hospital.The random number table controlled trial method was used to randomly divide the 60 subjects into two groups at a 1: 1 ratio.Acupuncture combined with Western medicine for hypertension(treatment group)and conventional Western medicine Treatment of hypertension(control group),30 cases each.The acupuncture points in the treatment group were: Taibai(bilateral),Dadu(bilateral),Shaofu(bilateral),Taichong(bilateral),Chongyang(bilateral),Fengchi(bilateral)and Spleen Shu.Both the control group and the treatment group were taking the conventional antihypertensive drug:Luohuoxi(amlodipine besylate).Acupuncture is performed once a day,5 days is a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of acupuncture,rest 2 days between treatment courses.Observe the blood pressure value,TCM syndrome score and overall efficacy,and compare the scores of various indicators before and after treatment,using SPSS19.0 statistical software to analyze and observe the improvement of blood pressure and symptoms.Results:1.Before the treatment,statistical analysis was conducted on the gender,age,course of disease,blood pressure value,TCM syndrome scores,and TCM syndrome individual scores of the two groups of patients.Can be compared.2.After 3 courses of treatment,when the treatment group and the control group werecompared within the group,the differences in blood pressure values ??and TCM symptom scores after treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05).3.After 3 courses of treatment,compared with the antihypertensive effect of the two groups of patients,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05);3 courses of treatment Comparing the medical effects of the latter two groups of patients,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 80%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.After 3 courses of treatment,the difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05);the treatment group had symptoms of dizziness,headache,backache,knee weakness,five upset fever,and insomnia Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),in which there was a significant difference between the symptoms of vertigo and knee softness(P <0.01);there was no statistically significant difference in the symptoms of palpitations,tinnitus,and forgetfulness(P> 0.05).5.After 3 courses,when comparing within the group,the treatment group had dizziness,headache,backache,knee softness,five upset fever,heart palpitations,insomnia,forgetfulness,tinnitus symptoms after treatment P <0.05 compared with before treatment,the difference was Statistical significance;the control group had statistically significant differences in dizziness,headache,backache,knee softness,five upset fever,palpitations,insomnia,and tinnitus symptoms before treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment group of acupuncture combined with western medicine and the control group of oral western medicine selected under the guidance of luck theory are both effective treatments for the treatment of essential hypertension.2.The treatment group of acupuncture combined with western medicine selected under the guidance of luck theory is significantly better than the control group of oral western medicine in improving traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and reducing blood pressure.3.Acupuncture at selected acupuncture points under the guidance of Wuyun Liuqi theory can effectively reduce blood pressure.This method of acupoint selection is feasible.
