The Clinical Effect Of Eye Acupuncture Combined With Compound Huangqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Ophthalmomuscular Myasthenia Gravis With Deficiency Of Qi And Blood

Purpose:By observing the clinical effect of eye acupuncture combined with Compound Huangqi Decoction in treating myasthenia gravis with deficiency of Qi and blood,analyzing the mechanism of acupuncture combined with medicine,exploring the advantages of eye acupuncture combined with Compound Huangqi Decoction in treating myasthenia gravis,providing reference for the clinical application of treating myasthenia gravis with eye muscle type.Material and method:Observation objects: Patients who were diagnosed with blood-deficiency ocular myasthenia gravis in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2018.1 to 2019.10.And They were divided into two groups randomly.In the control group and the observation group,patients who met the exclusion criteria were excluded.Finally,there were 25 cases in the control group and the observation group respectively.The control group was only given the compound Huangqi decoction,and the observation group was given the compound Huangqi decoction combined with ocular acupuncture.The two groups of subjects were compared after 45 days.The comparison indicators were clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions.The absolute clinical scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of subjects were recorded before and after treatment.We use the statistical software SPSS22.0 to process datas.Results:1.Before treatment,the patients in the observation group and the control group were compared in terms of gender,age,TCM syndrome score,western medicine clinical absolute score,etc.there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the above indicators(P > 0.05),which proved that the experimental results of the two groups were comparable.2.After treatment,the main syndrome score and Western medicine absolute score were compared in the observation group and the control group,the results showed that there was significant difference(P < 0.05),which proved that the clinical effect of both groupsimproved.3.After treatment,the main syndrome scores and the absolute scores of Western medicine were compared between the two groups.The results showed that there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).It was proved that the overall effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.4.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the treatment group,and the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the clinical effect of Western medicine were compared in turn.The results showed that there were significant differences in the improvement of eyelid fatigue(ptosis time)and the range of eyeball horizontal activity(P < 0.05),in the ptosis,diplopia and strabismus(P < 0.05),in the weakness of upper eyelid There was no statistical difference in shenfatigued,lack of food,shortness of breath and lazy speech(P > 0.05).It was proved that the therapeutic effect of eye acupuncture combined with Compound Huangqi Decoction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group only given Compound Huangqi decoction.In other aspects of the disease,although the two groups have curative effect,there is no significant difference in the course of treatment in a short time.Conclusions:1.The clinical effect of eye acupuncture combined with Huangqi Decoction on myasthenia gravis with deficiency of Qi and blood is better than that of Huangqi Decoction alone.2.Eye acupuncture combined with Huangqi decoction is better than Huangqi Decoction in improving the main symptoms of blepharoptosis,strabismus and diplopia.3.Eye Acupuncture combined with compound Huangqi decoction can obviously improve the degree of limitation of eye movement and shorten the time of blepharoptosis.For the degree of eyelid fatigue(droop time),the improvement of eye horizontal range of motion,acupuncture combined with medicine is more targeted,the efficacy is more obvious.The effect was better than that of compound Huangqi decoction.4.To some extent,eye acupuncture combined with compound Huangqi decoction and simple administration of compound Huangqi decoction can improve the symptoms of uppereyelid weakness,shortness of breath,lazy speech,eating less na Dai,sallow complexion and abnormal stool.
