| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of jianpi clearing damp jiedu decoction combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients with oral gefitinib-related rashes,so as to provide clinical evidence for the dialectical treatment of such rashes.Methods:This is a prospective study,60 cases of non-small-cell lung cancer patients receiving gefitinib-related rashes in the oncology outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group: internal use of jianpi clearing damp jiedu decoction combined with external use of hydrocortisone butyrate cream,and the control group:external use hydrocortisone butyrate cream.After continuous medication for 14 days(1 observation cycles),observation,comparison and statistical analysis were performed on the rash grade,rashes related TCM syndromes and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and safety evaluation of the experimental drugs was conducted.Results:1.Comparison of rash grades: Compared with before treatment,the rash grade in both groups was improved,and the treatment effect was more obvious in the experimental group(p<0.05).2.The effective rate of rash:Treatment was higher in the experimental group(76.67%)and the control group(63.33%),but the difference was not significant(p>0.05).3.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: After treatment,the total TCM symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(p<0.05),mainly manifested in the rash degree and the score of pruritus and pain symptoms.4.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy: The effective rate was 80.00% in the experimental group and 63.33% in the control group.The treatment effect was more obvious in the experimental group(p<0.05).5.Comparison of the improvement of life quality: The effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,and that of the control group was 70.00%.The improvement of the experimental group was more satisfactory(p<0.05).6.Safety evaluation: There was no obvious clinical significance in the three major routine(blood,urine,stool routine),liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and other related indicators after treatment in the two groups,and no secondary infection,allergic reaction and other adverse reactions were observed.Conclusions:Jianpi clearing damp jiedu decoction combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream in the treatment of geefitinib-related rash in advanced NSCLC patients can significantly improve the TCM symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients,and no secondary infection,allergic reaction and other adverse events occur. |
