Observation On The Effect Of Yinyuefenqing Pills On Serum TNF-α And MCP-1 In Patients With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type Hyperuric Acid Nephropathy

Objective:The study of Bi Xiefenqing Pills in treating spleen-kidney yang deficiency hyperuricemic nephropathy,evaluates the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Bi Xiefenqing Pills,it expands the scope of application,and provides clinical evidence for the treatment of hyperuricemic nephropathy.Methods:90 patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency type hyperuricemic nephropathy meeting the diagnosis of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into Bi Xiefenqing Pills group,febustat group,Bi Xiefenqing Pills&ebustat group,30 people in each group After 4 weeks of treatment,the patients in this trial were observed for uric acid,creatinine,24-hour urinary protein quantification,TNF-α and MCP-1 and other indicators,as well as traditional chinese medicine symptoms for evaluation and statistical analysis of differences.Results:Before the clinical study,the three groups of patients were statistically processed.In terms of gender,gender was different and statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the incidence of hyperuricemic nephropathy patients was affected by gender;The gender was not statistically significant,indicating that gender did not interfere with comparisons between the three groups.At the same time,the differences in age,disease course and other aspects were not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and they were all comparable.1.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the three groups of patients have improved,and the patients in the Bi Xiefenqing Pills&Febutastat group have improved significantly,suggesting that the role of Bi Xiefenqing Pills in treating hyperuricemic nephropathy is clearly.2.After the treatment,the blood uric acid of the three groups of patients decreased significantly(P <0.05),indicating that both Bi Xiefenqing Pills and febuxostat had auric acid lowering effect,and mere Bi Xiefenqing Pills had a weak uric acid reducing ability and febuxostat.After treatment,the blood creatinine in the Bianfenqing Pill group,the Bianfenqing pill&Febutastat group decreased significantly(P <0.05),and the febustat group decreased,indicating that the Bianfenqing Pill can improve the significant blood creatinine level.3.The 24-hour urine protein results of the three groups of patients all decreased after treatment.Compared with the pure febutastat group,the Bi Xiefenqing Pills&febuxostat group had a more significant effect on reducing urine protein(P <0.05).4.After treatment,TNF-α and MCP-1 decreased in all three groups.Compared with the simple febuxostat group,Bi Xiefenqing Pillss+febuxostat group had significantly improved inflammation and fibrosis indicators(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Bi Xiefenqing Pills is suitable for acute and chronic hyperuricemic nephropathy,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce proteinuria,uric acid,creatinine and other levels.It may be related to reducing renal urate deposition,and it can delay and protect renal function.2.Bi Xiefenqing Pillss can significantly reduce the levels of serum TNF-α and MCP-1,and delay the progress of hyperuric acid nephropathy to a certain extent.3.Bi Xiefenqing Pillss may be used to reduce the inflammation of the kidney and improve the fibrosis of the kidney to achieve the purpose of treating hyperuricemic nephropathy.4.Bi Xiefenqing Pills combined with febuxostat in the treatment of hyperuric acid nephropathy has the best effect,no adverse reactions,high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
