| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yangxin Anshen ointment in the treatment of primary insomnia with deficiency of the heart and spleen.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The data of sex,age and course of disease in the two groups were analyzed by SPSS software,which was not statistically significant and comparable.The treatment group was treated with Yangxin Anshen ointment,while the control group was treated with Guipi pill for 4 weeks.During the study,the clinical manifestations,physical signs,liver and kidney functions of the two groups were collected to determine the efficacy and safety of Yangxin Anshen ointmentResults:1.There were significant differences between the two groups before and after TCM symptom integral treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups after treatment:the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome effect between two groups after treatment:The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.0 5).3.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores were significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups after treatment:the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.In this clinical observation,no adverse events occurred in either group.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Yangxin Anshen cream on primary insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen is better than that of the control group treated with Guipi pills,which can significantly reduce clinical symptoms and is safe,improve the sleep quality of patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse effects caused by lack of sleep,which can be used as a reference for clinical treatment. |
