Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of angelica decoction combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria through evidencebased medicine meta-analysis.To provide basis for clinical treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods: By means of computer retrieval PubMed,Embase, the Cochrane Central,Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM),China hownet(CNKI),WANFANG,China’s science and technology periodical database(VIP),collecting angelica decoction combined with antihistamine drugs for the treatment of chronic urticaria and random half a randomized controlled trial, and through strict inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the literature was included, using the Cochrane risk bias evaluation tools for research into the quality of literature evaluation.Data were extracted by data extraction form, including basic information, intervention measures, number of cases and effective cases in treatment group and control group, efficacy standards, statistical methods and conclusions. The cure rate, effective rate, recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate were Meta analyzed with Revman Manager5.3.It is expressed by ratio ratio(OR)and 95% confidence interval(CI).Results:A total of 20 articles were included, with a total sample size of 2249 cases, including 1135 cases in the treatment group and 1114 cases in the control group.Meta analysis results showed that:In terms of cure rate: the cure rate of angelica decoction combined with antihistamine(treatment group)for chronic urticaria was higher than the control group, and the results were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Among them, the treatment group was compared with the left cetirizine group [OR= 2.38].Comparison with loratadine [OR= 2.02];in contrast to desloratadine citrate disodium tablets [OR= 3.18];Comparison of cetirizine [OR= 2.33];Comparison of loratadine joint cimetidine [OR= 2.08];Comparison of setastine hydrochloride tablets [OR= 1.59];Comparison of mizolastine [OR= 2.07];Contrast ebastine combined with ranitidine [OR= 3.35];Contrast ebastine [OR= 4.27];Comparison of epinatine hydrochloride combined with famotidine [OR= 1.92];Comparison of loratadine joint ketotifen [OR= 1.29];Comparison of fexofenadine [OR= 2.50].In terms of effective rate: the effective rate of angelica decoction combined with antihistamine drugs(treatment group)in the treatment of chronic urticaria was higher than that of the control group, and the results were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Among them, the treatment group was compared with the left cetirizine group [OR= 2.81].Comparison with loratadine [OR=3.00];Comparison of desloratadine citrate disodium tablets [OR=11.28];Comparison of cetirizine [OR= 3.61];Comparison of loratadine joint cimetidine [OR= 3.47];Comparison of setastine hydrochloride tablets [OR= 1.54];Comparison of mizolastine [OR= 4.83];Contrast ebastine combined with ranitidine [OR= 13.39];Contrast ebastine [OR= 5.63];Comparison of Comparison of epinatine hydrochloride combined with famotidine [OR= 7.11];Comparison of loratadine joint ketotifen[OR= 1.30];Contrast with fexofenadine [OR= 3.30].In terms of recurrence rate: the recurrence rate of angelica decoction plus or minus combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria is lower than that of antihistamines. In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions: there was no statistically significant difference between the angelica decoction plus or minus combined with antihistamine drugs and antihistamine drugs. Conclusion: 1.The cure rate and effective rate of angelica decoction and decoction combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria are better than those of antihistamines;2.The recurrence rate of angelica decoction combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria is lower than that of antihistamines;3.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between angelica decoction combined antihistamines and antihistamines.
