Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Dong's Odd Acupoints Combined With Rehabilitation Training On Spastic Hemiplegia Of Lower Limbs After Stroke

Objective: To observe the curative effect of treating spasmodic hemiplegia of lower limbs after stroke with the method of Tong’s Extra Points combined with rehabilitation training,in order to provide a new scheme for the treatment of spasmodic hemiplegia of lower limbs after stroke,and at the same time to provide a basis for the promotion of Tong’s Extra Points.Methods: 60 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into two groups,namely the treatment group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.On the basis of the same basic treatment,the two groups were treated with Tong’s Extra Points combined with rehabilitation training.The control group was treated with rehabilitation function training.Each group was treated for 4 weeks(5 days per week).Taking the degree of lower limb spasm,motor function and daily life activity of the patients as indicators,the scores of the patients before and after treatment were observed and compared to evaluate the efficacy.Results: 1.There was no significant difference between the patients in the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05)in the basic information of the patients and the scores of the scales themselves.2.The scale scores of patients in each group were significantly different after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05).3.After treatment,there was a significant difference in the lower limb spasm degree score between the two groups(P<0.05).4.After treatment,there were significant differences in lower limb motor function scores between the two groups(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the scores of daily living activities of patients in each group were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.For patients with spasmodic hemiplegia of lower limbs after stroke,the treatment of Tong’s Extra Points combined with rehabilitation training can effectively alleviate their spasmodic state.2.For patients with spastic hemiplegia of lower limbs after stroke,the treatment of Tong’s Extra Points combined with rehabilitation training can effectively promote the improvement of their daily life activities.3.For patients with spastic hemiplegia of lower limbs after stroke,Tong’s Extra Points combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the function of lower limb movement.4.For spastic hemiplegia of lower limbs after stroke,all the treatments in each group were effective,and the curative effect of Tong’s Extra Points combined with rehabilitation training group was significantly better than that of the rehabilitation training group,which could provide relevant basis for the promotion of Tong’s Extra Points.
