With the continuous change of people’s life and the arrival of aging society,coronary heart disease combined with hypertension is more and more common,its morbidity and mortality shows a trend of increasing year by year,is a common clinical combined disease.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has the advantages of systematic treatment,multi-target and individualized treatment for CHD complicated with hypertension.Tutor professor Ming-xue Zhang on the treatment of coronary heart disease with hypertension has accumulated rich clinical experience,In clinical practice,she closely followed the characteristic manifestations of palpitation,chest tightness,fatigue,head swelling pain,dizziness and so on.By summarizing the classic Chinese medicine books and combining with many doctors’ experience in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension,combined with clinical practice,according to the characteristics of the disease pathogenesis of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,the method of "invigorating qi and eliminating phlegm,clearing heat and removing dampness" was established.The combination of shenqi trichosanthis longbai pinellia decoction and clearing decoction was used for cutting,formed the ginseng(american ginseng),astragalus root,pinellia,fructus,scallions white,radix bupleuri,radix scutellariae,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,rhizoma coptidis,give priority to the foundation of the party,with the addition and subtraction of syndrome,good clinical effect was obtained.This paper summarizes the dialectical thought of the tutor in the clinical treatment of this disease,hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension.
