Research On The Legal System Of Medical Waste Management In My Country

With the rapid development of economy,the environmental problems caused by medical waste become more and more prominent.Because of medical waste’s high infectivity and toxicity,it gradually becomes the focus of people’s attention and the importance of legal regulation.Facing the increasingly serious environmental pollution problem of medical waste,it is an inevitable choice to establish an effective legal system to standardize the management of medical waste in accordance with the requirements of ecological protection in the 19 th CPC National Congress.As General Secretary Xi pointed out at the 19 th CPC National Congress,to treat the ecological environment like life,only by implementing the strictest system and the strictest rule of law can we provide a reliable guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization.In the first part,the concept,classification and characteristics of medical waste are expounded in detail,and the necessity of medical waste management is analyzed concretely,which highlights the necessity and importance of studying the legal system of medical waste management in China.The second part is to dispense with the general situation of the medical waste management legislation and the related legal system in our country and several foreign developed countries.And from the foreign advanced management system and ideas to get various enlightenments about improving the legal system of medical waste management.The third part is the general situation of medical waste in Guizhou Province through the ways of field investigation and case study.To find the problems existing in the process of medical waste management in a hospital,and to reveal the shortcomings in the legal system of medical waste management in China.It is embodied in four aspects: medical waste classification system;supervision and management system;medical waste recycling system and medical waste liability punishment system.The fourth part is to put forward the suggestions and measures to improve the legal system of medical waste management in our country in view of the deficiency of our country’s medical waste management law system.Only by putting the medical waste in the framework of a complete legal system,can it be managed and regulated effectively,and the social,environmental and economic benefits can be realized in harmony and win-win finally.
