Purpose:The effects of Kidney-reinforcing and Blood-nourishing Apozem which acting on the guinea pig model`s immunologic function and aderenal structure and function with atopic dermatitis should be explored in details by establishing the animal model of guinea pig which suffering from atopic dermatitis with the central bases of the basis theory of traditional chinese medicine and combing it with the morden pharmacological research.The apozem would provide theoretical basis and experimentai foudation in clinical treament of atopic dermatitis.Material and method:the acetone solution of the guinea pig were randomly divided into simulated AD lesions,were randomly divided into normal group,A group and B group respectively;model of acute,subacute and chronic dermatitis model,after the success of the model 2 group were randomly divided into negative control group,positive drug group,drug control in high dosage traditional Chinese medicine group,low dose group,respectively with saline,cetirizine hydrochloride,kidney nourishing Decoction.IL-4 and IFN-r levels were observed in serum and the total serum Ig E levels;detection of lesions of guinea pig model of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)the influence of the expression;atopic dermatitis of guinea pig model of function and structure of the adrenal gland;adrenal cortical hormone in serum(ACTH),adrenal cortical hormone releasing hormone(CRH),cortisol(Cor)content.Results:serum levels of P<0.05 and IL-4 were detected by IFN-r.Serum levels of Ig E were detected.The results showed that Ig E increased,IFN-and total IL-4 were lower in A group,high dose group and low dose group.The effect was similar to that in A group,IL-4 group and Ig E group were significantly higher,IFN-group and B group were significantly different with A group(P<0.01,A).2 detection of-1(ICAM-1)expression in guinea pig model: A group,high dose group and low dose group could reduce ICAM-1 concentration.A group was similar to that in group ICAM-1 and group A was significantly higher and lower in A group compared with B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).3 detection of adrenal organ coefficient in guinea pig model.The effects of Cor(ACTH),CRH, and A in guinea pigs were compared with those of A group,high dose group and low dose group.The effects were similar to those in A group and high dose group and low dose group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:1 kidney nourishing Decoction on immune function in atopic dermatitis of guinea pig model can make serum IL-4 increased,IFN-r decreased,the total Ig E;inhibit the expression of ICAM-1 in lesions,showed that it could regulate immune function,inhibit non-specific inflammation.2 kidney nourishing Decoction on atopic dermatitis of guinea pig model of structure and function of the adrenal gland can make adrenal organ coefficient increased,ACTH,CRH and Cor promote adrenaline secretion,can show that the regulation of the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis(HPA axis)hormone levels.
