A Retrospective Study Of 113 Repeated Hospitalized Patients With Eczema

Purpose:Through the nearly 4 years in liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital dermatological department repeatedly hospitalized cases of acute eczema were analyzed retrospectively,the eczema causes,symptoms and signs of each recurrence changes and the result of food intolerance and allergens,to strengthen the understanding of eczema relapse,to better guide the eczema prevention and treatment.Material and method:Using hospital inpatient cases of computer systems,to find in December 2013-December 2017 in liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital dermatologist eczema patients in hospital,a total of 1434 cases.The hospitalized patients number greater than 1 times filtered,including in hospital twice,three,four,five patients,a total of 253 cases,involving a total of 113 hospitalized patients with repeated.List of registration of the patient’s gender,age,occupation,medical history,duration,and every time induced by contributing factors in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,season,characteristics,skin rashes,high risk,laboratory examination,hospitalization days,treatment and curative effect,and so on and so forth,twice in the hospital situation before and after contrast,and were retrospectively analyzed.Results:1.The study involved 113 patients,among them,the men’s 56 patients(49.56%),57 cases(50.44%)of women,male: female ratio is 0.98:1.Age 26-89,the average age of 56.38 and 14.29.The average hospitalization days of 14.79 and 3.72 days.The shortest duration for five days,the longest for 50 years.2.Occupation:Patients with recurrent most for retirees3.The season of onset: Recurrence of eczema are available all year round,in summer is relatively rare.4.Relevant incentive: summarizes the risk factor associated with recurrence of eczema have dietary factors,wash bath,medicine,environment,modern factors,tired.As far as possible avoid related factors in patients with life and is helpful to reduce the recurrence.5.Food and drug allergy history: in 113 patients with food or a history of drug allergy is 37,accounts for 32.74%,and the drug allergy to penicillin and cephalosporin drug allergy.6.History: the 113 patients,73 patients,there are one or more diseases in cardiovascular disease,and other skin diseases,diabetes,and digestive system diseases.7.Of the 113 patients,69 had no bad habits,23 were addicted to smoking and 21 were addicted to alcohol.8.Food intolerance and allergen detection:253 cases hospitalized repeated,61 cases of the food intolerance testing,50 cases were positive.123 cases of the food allergen test,56 cases were positive.153 patients with inhalation allergen detection,99 cases were positive.Twice hospitalized patients with repeated testing food intolerance,change rate as high as 100%.Allergen test before and after eating and inhaling group two test results contrast total rate of 65.71% and 78.18% respectively.Allergen detection rate were 37.5% and 25% respectively under 3 months,and tests on time interval for more than 3 months rate is bigger,more than 60%.9.The physical and chemical inspection: the 221 cases of abnormal immune function,and 253 patients total Ig E abnormalities in 125 cases.39 cases of 113 patients,blood glucose abnormalities,dyslipidemia,75 cases,25 cases of abnormal liver function,renal function abnormal 18 cases,abnormal myocardial enzyme spectrum of 45 cases.10.The distribution of TCM syndromes: 253 cases of repeated hospitalization,249 cases of immersion of dampness-heat in skin,and 4 cases of blood vacuity win-dryness.11.Treatment and curative effect: the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and western medicine treatment,combined with local external treatment,achieved good curative effect.There were 253 cases of repeated hospitalization,Cure 38cases(15.02%),136 cases(53.75%)obviously effective,77 cases(30.43%)effective,and 2 cases(0.79%)invalid,with a total effective rate of 99.21%.Conclusion:1.Eczema recurrence ratio has no obvious difference,the elderly are more likely to relapse.2.Eczema all can come on all the year round,summer are more likely to recur.3.Had longer duration of eczema,easy to break out repeatedly,cause dietary factors,recurrence improper washing bath,medicine,environment,modern factors,tired.4.Food intolerance and allergen detection rate of 3 months above is bigger.5.our clinical guided by the holistic concept of TCM,with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine symptomatic treatment of eczema,and combined local treatment,the total effective rate was 99.21%.
