Purpose:Through the clinical research of Yangxintongmai cream intervention chest stuffiness and pains(stable angina pectoris),to explore the specific connotation that Professor Dong Bo use harmonization method in differentiating diseases to treat chest stuffiness and pains(stable angina pectoris)。 Material and method:Choose 180 patients with stable tired angina pectoris in accordance with the inclusion criteria,according to the random number table method,were divided into test group and control group with 90 cases in each group,on the basis of maintaining the original standardized treatment of Western Medicine,the control group take orally with Yangxintongmai cream simulation agent,and the test group take orally with Yangxintongmai cream.The quality of life,TCM symptoms,angina pectoris symptoms,electrocardiogram,blood routine,urine routine,liver function and renal function of two groups of patients at each observation time were recorded and analyzed statistically,get the results and complete the clinical study.Results: 1.Quality of life evaluation:Compared before and after treatment,the two groups were able to improve the quality of life(P < 0.05),in angina stability,angina frequency,treatment satisfaction,two groups had distinct difference(P < 0.05),and the test group was better than the control group;The follow-up of the test group were compared with that before treatment,in physical activity limitation degree,angina frequency,treatment satisfaction,disease perception,the comparison had significant difference(P < 0.05),were better than before treatment;and the follow-up of the control group were compared with that before treatment,in physical activity limitation degree and disease perception,the comparison had significant difference(P < 0.05),were better than before treatment.2.The curative effect of TCM Syndrome: The two groups could improve the curative effect of TCM syndrome(P < 0.05),the total effective rates of the two groups were 91.02% and 48.68% respectively,and there were significant differences(P < 0.05),and the test group was better than the control group。 3.The curative effect of angina pectoris: The two groups could improve the symptoms of angina pectoris(P < 0.05),the total effective rate of the test group is 80.77%,and the total effective rate of the control group is44.74%,and the difference between the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05),the test group is better than the control group。 4.Follow up:After 6 months of treatment,no myocardial infarction and death occurred in the two groups.In the test group,8 cases were hospitalized for coronary heart disease,and 17 cases in the control group were hospitalized for coronary heart disease.There was a distinct difference between the two groups(P < 0.05)。Conclusion: 1.Professor Dong Bo developed Yangxintongmai cream in the treatment of chest stuffiness and pains(stable angina pectoris)is effective,can improve the quality of life,and has good long-term curative effect,improve the curative effect of TCM syndrome,improve angina pectoris,and the security is good。 2.Professor Dong Bo thinks chest stuffiness and pains(stable angina pectoris)the main pathogenesis is the disharmony of qi and blood and yin and yang,in the treatment,on the basis of harmonization method,differentiating diseases to treat,put forward "regulation of qi and blood,regulation of Yin and Yang",while relying on the theory of "preventive treatment of disease".carefully developed Yangxintongmai cream control chest stuffiness and pains(stable angina pectoris)。...
