| In modern society,the number of children suffering from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is increasing,but their emotional problems have not been paid attention to,and the related clinical treatment is also lacking.As a common type of reading therapy.Interactive reading is very effective in the intervention of children’s emotional problems.Therefore,studying the therapeutic effect of interactive reading on children’s emotional problems in ADHD can not only enrich the empirical study of reading therapy but also provide a reference for the clinical intervention of ADHD children’s emotional problems.This article consists of two experimental studies aimed at exploring the effects of interactive reading on the emotional problems of children with ADHD and the main influencing factors that produce therapeutic effects.Study 1 used a third-class pre-and post-test design.45 children with ADHD were investigated.They were randomly assigned to the interactive reading group,self-service reading group,and control group.The ADHD children in the two experimental groups were treated once a week,each time 40 minutes,a total of 10 times,the control group did not take any treatments.In this study,the treatment method was used as an independent variable,and the scores of the Conners Parental Symptom Questionnaire,the Child Depression Disorder Self-rating Scale,and the Child Anxiety Emotional Disorder Screening Table were used as dependent variables to explore the effect of interactive reading on the emotional problems of children with ADHD.The results showed that(1)Interactive reading and self-service reading are all effective in treating emotional problems of children with ADHD.(2)Interactive reading has no obvious advantages in short-term compared to self-service reading.(3)Intervention on emotional problems of children with ADHD can effectively alleviate their depressive symptoms,impulsivity,hyperactivity and other behavioral problems,but the treatment effect on their anxiety symptoms is not obvious.Study 2 took 15 children with ADHD in the interactive reading group as the research object.The discussion part of the treatment process was recorded with a voice recorder,and the recording was converted into a verbatim paper for qualitative analysis.To explore whether the emotional problems exposed in the treatment of children with ADHD are consistent with the review,and what are the factors that influence the interactive reading on the therapeutic effects of ADHD children.The results indicated that(1)The emotional problems of children with ADHD include low emotional perception and recognition ability,weak emotional expression ability,and emotional instability,which are consistent with the summary of the review section(2)Interactive reading has a good effect on the emotional problems of children with ADHD.The main factors which affected the therapeutic effect are the psychological treatment mechanism of reading therapy,the applicability of reading materials and the quality of the therapist themselves.Based on the results of the two studies above,the main conclusion of this paper is that interactive reading has a good effect on the emotional problems of children with ADHD,and is an effective method for clinical treatment of ADHD worth of promoting in the future. |
