Clinical Study Of Jiawei Yulian Decoction In The Treatment Of Stage IV Non-small Cell Lung Cancer EGFR-TKIs-related Diarrhea

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified yulian fang recipe on shenyan cave combined with Bacillus subtilis in the treatment of stage Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR-TKIs-associated diarrhea.Methods:This study was a prospective study.50 cases of non-smallcell lung cancer patients receiving EGFR-TKIs for diarrhea in the oncology outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group: Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules joint Modified yulian fang and control group:Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules,observe two groups of diarrhea remission rates,recurrence of the symptoms of diarrhea,diarrhea and the improvement of patients KPS score,and investigation on the safety of drugs.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 50 patients were included in this study,of which 48 were actually completed.The final completed cases included 24 in the experimental group and 24 in the control group.Two cases were lost due to wrong collection of clinical data or loss of cases,resulting in 1 loss in the control group and 1 loss in the test group.Comparison of frequency of diarrhea: Compared with before treatment,the frequency of diarrhea was significantly reduced after one week of treatment in both groups,and the frequency of diarrhea was less in the experimental group,showing a statistically significant difference(p< 0.05).However,the effective rate of diarrhea in the experimental group and control group was70.8% and 62.5%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(p>0.05)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: Compared with that before treatment,TCM symptom scores of the two groups decreased after treatment(p< 0.05),and comparison between the two groups after treatment: the symptom scores of the test group decreased more significantly,with statistically significant difference(p< 0.05).Comparison of KPS scores between the two groups: Compared with before treatment,KPS scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and compared with the control group,KPS scores of the observation group were significantly improved,with statistically significant difference(p< 0.05).Safety: After treatment,there was no significant clinical significance in the three routine tests,liver and kidney function,electrolyte,electrocardiogram and other indicators,and no adverse reactions such as allergy,peeling,blister and rash.Conclusion:Modified yulian fang recipe on shenyan cave combined with Bacillus subtilis treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer EGFR TKIs cid-associated diarrhea,can obviously improve the symptoms of diarrhea,improve the quality of life of patients,no irritation,peeling and other adverse reactions occur,but not obviously improve the curative effect.
