| 1.ObjectivesThe anatomical structure of maxillary sinus was observed by special conical beam ct in oral cavity.1.Correlation between the incidence and location of maxillary sinus segregation in the Han population of Hunan province.2: The mean difference between male and female maxillary sinus separation height in Hunan Han population is extremely poor.3.The mean value of the upper and middle maxillary sinus height in Hunan Han population is extremely poor.2.Materials and methods100 patients who met the requirements of the experiment were collected and Planmecapromax 3D was used to scan the patients for CBCT images,and the data were imported into Planmecaromexis 3.8.2R software in DCOM format file for sagittal surface,coronal surface and cross section and three-dimensional surface reconstruction.The data of all maxillary sinus separation height were measured,and the SPSS21.0 software package was used for statistical treatment,and the data were statistically described and analyzed in the study of the separation height and incidence of maxillary sinus bone in the left and right sides and gender.The use of p<0.05 was statistically significant.3.ResultsThere are 100 cases in this study,including 50 males and 50 females,the youngest is 18 years old,the oldest is 79 years old,38 males without loss and 35 females without loss,8 males with unilateral tooth loss and 10 females with unilateral tooth loss,4 males with bilateral tooth loss and 5 females with bilateral tooth loss.If the incidence of maxillary sinus septation was 15%,23 patients had maxillary sinus septation.If the incidence of maxillary sinus septation was 23%.Statistics showed that the maxillary septum was mainly located in the middle of the maxillary sinus,accounting for 56.67% of the 17 cases;at least in the posterior part,only 3 cases were found in this position,accounting for 16.66% of the cases;and finally in the anterior part,accounting for 26.76% of the cases,respectively.The maxillary sinus septal height ranges from 2.60 mm to 14.83 mm.4.ConclusionsCBCT can provide anatomic imaging of the maxillary sinus.It can be used as a routine preoperative examination method for maxillary posterior teeth.1: the incidence of maxillary sinus septa in Hunan Han population is 15%.If the patient is the statistical object,the incidence of maxillary sinus septa is 23%.2: the height of maxillary sinus septum in Hunan Han population: the range of maxillary sinus septum height is between 2.60~14.83 mm,male: the extreme value is 2.81 mm and 10.81 mm mean 4.74 mm.Female: extreme value 2.61 mm and 14.83 mm mean 6.88 mm.There was no significant difference in the height of the maxillary sinus between different genders.3.the height of the maxillary sinus: the mean height of the left maxillary sinus septum is between 7.33 and 3.67 mm,and the height of the right maxillary sinus is between 4.75 and 2.33 mm.The height of the left and right maxillary sinuses was statistically different,and the height of the left side was higher than that of the right side.4.the location of the maxillary sinus septa was mainly distributed in the middle part of the maxillary sinus.The incidence rate was 56.67%,followed by the incidence of 26.76% in the anterior part and 16.66% in the posterior part.5.CBCT imaging of maxillary sinus anatomy is clear,which can provide accurate three-dimensional jaw shape,and can be used as a routine preoperative examination method for maxillary posterior teeth. |
