Clinical Observation Of Jianpihewei Mixture In Improving Malnutrition In Patients With Lung-spleen-qi Deficiency Syndrome In Advanced Lung Cancer

Objective:Observation of The spleen and stomach mixture treatment of the patients with moderately severe malnutrition status of middle-late stage lung cancer,and discussion of The spleen and stomach mixture in improving the valuein patients with lung cance nutritional status and the quality of life.Method:All the selected cases were from the October 2017 to October 2018 in the oncology of Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,a total of 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were given to The spleen and stomach mixture with Ensure nutrition(36 cases),and control group received Ensure nutrition(36 cases),treatment for 28 days,compare the two groups pretherapy and post-treatment with clinical symptoms,physical strength,weight and related laboratory parameters.Results:1,Comparison of TCM syndromes scores: After treatment,the TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly improved in 9 cases,effective in 19 cases,ineffective in 4 cases,and the control group was significantly improved in 3 cases,effective in 17 cases,and ineffective in 14 cases.After treatment,the therapeutic effects were statistically significant.(P<0.01).2,Comparison of single symptom scores: The treatment group can significantly improve the patient’s food,bloating,Shenfei,asthma and other clinical symptoms,the efficacy is better than the control group.(P<0.05).3,Comparison of KPS score: The total effective rate was 43.75% in the treatment group and 17.65% in the control group.The therapeutic effect was statistically significant(P<0.05).4,Comparison of laboratory tests: Both groups can improve the nutritional indicators of albumin and prealbumin,and the treatment group is better than the control group.(P<0.05).5,Body weight comparison: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 28.13% and 11.76%,respectively.After treatment,the curative effect was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The spleen and stomach mixture combined with Enteral nutrition can effectively improve the nutritional status of the Mid-late lung cancer patiants of lung spleen deficiency syndrome,it has the advantages of safety and feasibility,small side effects,and the curative effect is obviously better than the control group,which has good clinical application value.
