The Clinical Observation Of Chaigui Decoction In Treating Various Syndromes Of Liver Stagnation And Blood Deficiency Before And After Menopause

Objective: In this study,by observing and comparing the clinical effect bewteen Chaigui decoction(combined Xiaochaihu decoction with Danggui shaoyao powder)and Femoston in treating liver stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome of perimenopausal period,this paper provides the basis for clinical treatment、safety and preliminary mechanism of this disease.Methods: A total of 60 patients with liver stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome of perimenopausal period were selected(from June 2017 to June 2018)in the outpatient department of gynecology and obstetrics department of the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine.Two groups were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group(n = 30)and the control group(n = 30).All the patients were treated for 12 weeks.At the same time,the indicators about clinical efficacy,KMI score,the total score of TCM syndromes,the effect of each single symptom of TCM,serum FSH and E2,adverse reactions were both recorded and statistically analyzed in both groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in age,course of disease and degree of illness(P >0.05).In terms of clinical efficacy,2 cases were cured in the Chaigui decoction treatment group,6 cases were significantly cured,19 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.00%.In the control group,there was 1 case of clinical recovery,1 case of significant effect,22 cases of effective,6 cases of ineffective,with a total effective rate of 80.00%.This indicated that the clinical effect of Chaigui decoction group was better than that of Femoston group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in KMI score,the total score of TCM syndromes before treatment(P>0.05).Chaigui decoction group was better than that of Femoston group after treatment(P<0.05).It has statistical significance in the efficacy of single symptoms of TCM,such as hot flashes and sweating,emotional state and sleep improvement,abdominal distension and fullness,secret bowels and abnormal urine(P > 0.05).There was 1 adverse reaction in the control group and no adverse reaction in the treatment group.Conclusion: Chaigui decoction and Femoston in treating patients of liver stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome of perimenopausal period were both effective,but Chaigui decoction is better.Chaigui decoction group has statistical significance in the efficacy of single symptoms of TCM,such as hot flashes and sweating,emotional state and sleep improvement,abdominal distension and fullness,secret bowels and abnormal urine.After 12 weeks of treatment,neither Chaigui decoction nor femoston group could effectively improve serum FSH and E2 values.During the treatment period,there were no adverse events in Chaigui decoction group.Chaigui decoction is safety,effective and valuable.
