Meta Analysis Of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction Combined With Methotrexate In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: Based on the concept of evidence-based medicine and Meta-analysis,this study conducts a preliminary objective and systematic evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction in the treatment of RA in traditional Chinese medicine and a randomized controlled trial of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of RA for methodological evaluation.It analyzes the efficacy of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with methotrexate in the treatment of RA and provides reliable data basis,thus providing standardized and standardized diagnosis and treatment schemes for RA patients,comprehensively improving the level of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of RA and providing certain practical reference value for clinical treatment.Methods: CNKI,CBM,CQVIP and Wanfang were searched.The search starts and ends from January 2019,the starting time of journal documents included in the database.RCT documents of Chinese medicine and western medicine for RA are searched.Documents of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis are comprehensively collected.Combined with the current clinical application of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis,methotrexate is often selected for western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis,and Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and methotrexate are selected for Meta-analysis.Epidata3.1 software was used to extract data from the documents that met the inclusion exclusion criteria,and Cochrane handbook 5.1.0 bias risk assessment tool was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the included documents.Finally,Review Manager 5.3 software is used for Meta-analysis.Results: Meta-analysis of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with methotrexate confirmed that classical prescription for RA can effectively improve the total effective rate of clinical efficacy and laboratory examination indexes,including ESR,CRP and RF.The overall benefit of improving joint function in many aspects is better than that of western medicine.Conclusion: Meta-analysis study on the treatment of RA with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with methotrexate shows that Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with methotrexate can effectively improve the total effective rate and the curative effect is better than that of western medicine group.It can also improve laboratory examination indexes,including ESR,CRP and RF.The overall benefit of improving joint function from many aspects is better than that of western medicine group.The reliability of the research results is affected because the quality and quantity of the research documents included in the study are not high.Therefore,even if Meta-analysis shows that Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with methotrexate has therapeutic advantages in treating RA,it is necessary to treat it with caution when using this evidence in clinical practice for clinical decision-making,and its efficacy still needs more high-quality research to prove.
