Research On The Mechanism And Intervention Of Qi Deficiency And Qi Depression On College Students’ Mobile Phone Addiction

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of social support and neuroticism on the relationship between Qi deficiency constitution,Qi depression constitution and mobile phone addiction.Further analysis of Five elements of music intervention in college students with mobile phone addiction effectiveness.Method A total of 421 valid subjects were selected from 4 universities in changsha,hunan province.The Chinese version of the mobile phone dependence index,the social support rating scale,the neuroticism subscale of the big five personality,and the Chinese medicine constitution scale were used to carry out the test.On this basis,50 individuals with high mobile phone addiction tendency of Qi deficiency constitution and Qi depression constitution were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(music intervention)and the control group(no intervention),each with 25 cases.The Five elements of music intervention experiment was conducted once a week for 10 weeks.Result 1.College students Qi depression constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,neuroticism,social support and mobile phone addiction tendencies differ in gender,grade and place of origin.2.There was a significant positive correlation between Qi depression constitution,Qi deficiency constitution and neuroticism,mobile phone addiction(P<0.01),and a significant negative correlation between them and social support(P<0.01).Neuroticism was negatively correlated with social support(P<0.05)and positively correlated with mobile phone addiction(P<0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between social support and mobile phone addiction(P<0.01).By comparison,among the 9 types of TCM constitution,college students Qi depression constitution,Qi deficiency constitution were significantly positively correlated with mobile phone addiction(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficient reached the highest.3.College students Qi depression constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,neuroticism and social support can significantly predict the level of mobile ph one addiction.Social support and neuroticism play a partial mediating role in the influence of Qi deficiency constitution on mobile phone addiction,and play a complete mediating role in the influence of Qi depression constitution on mobile phone addiction.4.To analyze the intervention effect of Five elements of music(gong,shang and jiao tone)on mobile phone addiction,the subjects were tested before,during and after 3 times.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the tw o groups before intervention.In the control group,there was no significant difference in each index in the three comparisons.In the experimental group,there were significant differences in scores of neuroticism,total mean score of mobile phone addicti on,and factors of uncontrollability,withdrawal and inefficiency(P<0.05),and all the scores were significantly lower after the third intervention than before the first intervention.conclusionThis study found that social support and neuroticism play a mediating role in the influence of Qi deficiency constitution and Qi depression constitution on mobile phone addiction.Moreover,it further verified the effectiveness of Five elements of music therapy(gong,shang and jiao tone)in reducing the mobile phone addiction tendency of college students with Qi deficiency constitution and Qi depression constitution.
