With the development of hospital informationization,most hospitals in China currently use the hospital information system(Hsopital Information System),but only some hospitals in first-tier cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen,etc.use mobile care systems,and do not use mobile care systems.The hospital can not manage the patient in real time,or can only query and modify the patient information at the nurse workstation.Many operations need to be entered twice,first through the paper record,then to the nurse station for manual inquiry,recording or modification.Therefore,the current hospital needs to vigorously develop mobile care,and needs to develop a mobile care system,and then continuously improve mobile care management.Allow nurses to quickly,conveniently and accurately collect patient signs,query basic patient information and costs,put drugs,dispense drugs,patrol rooms,and perform medical orders.The speed and application of mobile Internet of Things in various fields in recent years is unprecedented,and the liberalization of medical management has been realized in the medical field.Make medical information more timely and accurate to be collected and applied.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of hospital mobile nursing system,and discusses the domestic and international status of mobile nursing system research.It also introduces technologies related to mobile care systems,wireless network technology,C/S structure,identification bar code technology and radio frequency technology;through the investigation of doctors and nurses,it analyzes the business needs and functional requirements of mobile care systems.And non-functional requirements.Among them,eight main hospitalization procedures are given in detail in the business needs,including admission,discharge,physical entry,information inquiry,infusion,medical order,dispensing,etc.The detailed design of the system is analyzedthrough the analysis of these hospital processes.Design aspects include design principles,software and network architecture,database design,and the main functional module design of the system.The implementation code of the main function modules of the system is given,and the system is tested and summarized.The research and design of the hospital mobile nursing information system facilitates the nurse’s management of the patient and simplifies the work of the nurse.The work efficiency of the nurse is greatly improved,which reduces the nurse’s secondary input of information for the patient on the computer.Medical accident.
