With the rapid development of social economy,China has entered an era of rapid population aging.The number of the elderly population is huge,and presents the characteristics of aging,empty nesting and disability.With the decline of the traditional family pension function,China's pension industry is facing extremely severe challenges.In order to effectively cope with the aging population and meet the diversified needs of the elderly,the development of the old-age service industry has become the top priority of the current construction of the social old-age service system in China.Old-age service concerns the vital interests of every elderly and every family,and the key to the development of the old-age service industry lies in the cultivation of nursing service talents.In recent years,although China has made important progress in the training of nursing personnel for the aged,the problems in the training process have not been effectively solved due to the late start,the deepening trend of deep aging,the growing demand for nursing services,the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand of nursing personnel for the aged.Therefore,there is an urgent need to quickly solve the problem of personnel training in nursing services for the aged,in order to effectively promote the healthy development of the service industry for the aged.Starting from the research background of the cultivation of nursing service talents for the aged,this thesis analyses the theoretical and practical significance of the research,and systematically combs the research status of nursing service talents for the aged at home and abroad,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing literature research,and takes Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Herzberg's two-factor theory and situational learning theory as the theoretical basis for thesis writing.It uses literature research,interview and comparative analysis to guide thesis writing.The main body of the study takes the demand of nursing service personnel for the aged as the breakthrough point,systematically expounds the current demand situation and the reasons for the demand,and comprehensively analyses the current situation of nursing servicepersonnel for the aged.Based on the existing literature,and through visiting the relevant vocational colleges,interviewing with the principals of colleges and universities,we can obtain the first-hand information on the cultivation of nursing service personnel for the aged,systematically summarize and analyze the existing problems in the cultivation of nursing service personnel for the aged,and thoroughly reveal and analyze the root causes of the problems.The study found that the main problems existing in the training of nursing service personnel for the aged at present are: the training system is not perfect and lacks stratified classification;the training plan is imperfect and the target orientation is vague;the combination of work and learning is mere in form and lacks effectiveness;the enrollment difficulty is serious;the vocational training is not standardized,the industry standard is absent;the construction of teachers is backward,and the overall quality is low.The main reasons for the problems are: weak policy support,weak government support;imperfect laws and regulations,weak system protection;late start of development,inadequate talent training capacity;fewer incentives,low social status of service personnel.At the same time,using comparative analysis method,this thesis explores the experience of nursing service personnel training in Japan,Germany,the United States and other developed countries,and summarizes the experience and Enlightenment of nursing service personnel training that can be used for reference,that is,to establish a multi-channel talent training mechanism,a professional talent grading system,a sound legal system for pension services,a standardized professional qualification certification system,and to attach importance to quality education and humanistic care for service personnel.Finally,based on the analysis and discussion of the problems and causes as well as the reference of foreign experience,this thesis demonstrates and elaborates the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the training of nursing personnel for the aged from three aspects: the first is to increase government support to promote the scale development of nursing service talents for the aged;the second is to give full play to the leading role of colleges and universities to accelerate the stratified and classified training of nursing service talents for the aged;the third is tostrengthen social support to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of nursing service talents for the aged.At present,China is in a decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way.It is urgent to speed up the pace of training nursing service personnel for the aged,formulate a scientific and perfect talent training plan,and rapidly expand the nursing service personnel team for the aged so as to meet the development needs of the service industry for the aged,and lay a solid foundation for building a well-off society in an all-round way and for the development of the cause of the aged.
