My Country's Medical And Health Public Service Satisfaction Evaluation And Influencing Factors Research

Public health services is a hot topic of people's livelihood that has always been concerned.The management of public health services in China has been continuously improved in practice.However,with the development of society,the shortcomings of the public health service system are constantly exposed,the coverage of medical insurance is insufficient,the distribution of medical resources is uneven,the difficulty of seeing a doctor,the expensive medical treatment,and the tension between doctors and patients are frequent.The current level of public health services has not fully met the needs of citizens.Thesis uses empirical research methods,based on the CGSS 2015 data.The public medical service expectation,public medical service effect,medical security service expectation,and medical security service effect are taken as the main influencing variables are used to analyze the satisfaction of public health service in China.The first part sorts out the relevant literature on the satisfaction of public health service and organizes it into a literature review.The second part descriptively analyzes related variables such as demographic variables,public health service satisfaction,and then uses the ordered Logistic model to study the satisfaction of public health services in China.Using the empirical research results obtained from the model,specifically analyze how various variables in urban and rural areas affect the satisfaction of public health services.Research shows that: First,the overall level of satisfaction with public health services in China is not good,and there is still a gap between citizens' expectations and actual results.Second,the gap between the level of public health services and service targets in China is still to be bridged.The impact of family economic level on the satisfaction of public health services is still significant.The sufficiency and distribution of health care public services should be ensured.Third,citizens have higher expectations for future medical security.The existing public health services do not bring enough security for the main clients,and improving citizens' sense of security for future medical services is the key to improving satisfaction.
