XF Company Environmental And Occupational Health And Safety Management System Planning Research

With the development of economic globalization,enterprises have to adapt to the progress of internationalization if they want to be the winner in the market competition.Especially in 21 st century,a variety of ISO had been established as people got much higher requirement with their living environment,health and safety,which provide references in the process of business management.It is found that multifarious standard management systems were utilized in machinery industry and they run in a mutual independence way,which caused a waste of resources in not only human but also materials.Therefore,there is important practical significance to establish a sound environmental and occupational health and safety management system.The main research content is as follows.First of all,the ideas of environmental and occupational health and safety management system are proposed starting from the connotation and correlation of quality management system,environmental management system,and occupational health and safety management system,in combine with the practical situation of state-owned machinery manufacturing industry.mainly from the system planning,organizational implementation and operational environment to improve the preliminary design,providing basic guarantees for the construction of an integrated management system.Secondly,the current development status of environmental and occupational health and safety management of XF company was investigated,as well as identified and classified the existing dangerous sources,found the problems in the existing system,and provided preliminary basis for the application of the system.What’s more,in allusion to the investigation and analysis of XF Company,we propose improvement strategies from three aspects,including environmental management,occupational health and safety management,and system safeguard operation measures,so as to achieve the expected application effect.It has been proved that the integrated environment and occupational health and safety framework is practical and effective through the practice and inspection of the XF company system,making it a safe,economical,and efficient management tool,improve the competitiveness of XF enterprise in the machinery industry and we look forward to being promoted in similar and related industry sectors.
