Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Yiliu Zhentong Jieyufang anti-depressant therapy on depression-induced depression of liver-qi stagnation caused by severe cancer pain;Methods:According to the principle of randomized controlled research,in accordance with the requirements of the experimental design,36 patients with cancer pain-related liver depression and depression associated with the standard were to be observed.Because there were cases of shedding and rejection,35 patients who completed all experiments were randomly divided into 2 groups.18 cases(0 cases of shedding),17 cases of experimental group(falling off 1 case);control group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride tablets for 7 weeks;experimental group was treated with Yiliuzhentongjieyufang combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets for 7 weeks.The TCM symptom improvement rate,TCM syndrome score,HAMD-17 scale,incidence of adverse drug reactions,SERS,KPS,etc.were analyzed using statistical software SPSS 23.0.Data were analyzed.Yiliu Zhentong Jieyufang was used to treat cancer pain-related liver qi yu jie the primary clinical efficacy of type of depressive disorder;Results:1.The improvement rate of TCM symptoms in the two groups was 61.11% in the control group and 94.11% in the experimental group(P<0.05).2.The score difference between the two groups before and after treatment was P=0.026,P< 0.05,statistically significant;3.Both groups HAMD-17 before and after treatment rate reduction rate in the control group 80.00%,experimental group 94.11%,the difference between the two groups P<0.05,with statistical significance;4.Both groups HAMD-17 volume In table score score comparisons,P=0.006,P<0.01,the results were statistically significant;5.The incidence of adverse reactions was 46.6% in the matched group and the date of experimental group was 17.64%.The difference between the two groups was P<0.05 that wad proved statistically significance;6.SERS scale analysis,the difference between groups P = 0.033,P <0.05,with statistical significance;7.The KPS score between the two groups at the 0 week before treatment P> 0.05,the difference is not Statistical significance;scores of differences between the two groups after 7 weeks of treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05);KPS scores before and after treatment in both groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,P=0.031,P<0.05,poor The values were statistically significant;8.There were no significant changes in the vital signs(HR,R,P,BP,T)before and after treatment,and the auxiliary examination(blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,Liver and kidney function、ECG)There was no significant difference in renal function and ECG results(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Sertraline hydrochloride and Yiliu Zhentong Jieyufang are safe and effective in treating cancer-related depression;2.Herbal anti-tumor analgesic solution Yu Fang can significantly improve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine;3.Sertraline hydrochloride alone or in combination with anticancer,analgesic,and decoction can improve depression symptoms in patients with cancer pain-related depression,and the treatment of Yiliu Zhentong Jieyufang combined with sertraline hydrochloride is more effective than sertraline hydrochloride alone.Good effect;4.Yiliu Zhentong Jieyufang has the effect of improving the side effects of antidepressant drugs,and has the effect of reducing toxicity and increasing efficacy when used with western medicine sertraline hydrochloride.
