Objective: the treatise on typhoid fever is one of the four classical works of Chinese medicine,summarizing the medical achievements before han dynasty,and its essence is the theory system of six classics syndrome differentiation.Due to the complexity of the syndrome differentiation system,the vague and obscure semantic expression of ancient books and the abstruse of the theory,the clinical application,teaching and scientific research of the treatise are blocked.As is known to all,TCM data is ambiguous and uncertain,and the theory of syndrome differentiation is no exception.In order to better the popularization and application of classical,solve the difficult to understand,hard to read,difficult,difficult,difficult popularization application,at present the biggest problem is how to express the treatise on febrile disease knowledge system of six-channel differentiation.Existing methods can’t solve the problem temporarily,but DUCG(dynamic uncertain causal graph)can well deal with the uncertainty of knowledge expression,this study puts forward the knowledge expression of treatise on febrile disease based on DUCG six-channel differentiation of new ideas,to build the intelligent diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine based on six-channel differentiation system to provide the technical support.Methods: based on the Dynamic Uncertain Causality Graph(DUCG),the theory of causal Graph was not determined,and the knowledge of syndrome differentiation was analyzed and expressed,the knowledge base model was established and the reasoning was verified.And with the sun’s disease stroke the table five deficiency syndrome and the modeling knowledge base,with cassia twig and pueraria decoction syndrome syndrome as reasoning,for the system construction of treatise on febrile disease intelligent diagnosis model to lay the foundation.Results: using the dynamic uncertain cause-and-effect diagram DUCG to stroke the table five deficiency syndrome and the knowledge base model validity test,according to correspond with the primary symptom,namely a lot of sweat,the evil wind,back stiff pyknosis,it is concluded that the probability of size sorting,cassia twig and probability of pueraria decoction syndrome was 99.426%,the probability of cassia twig and apricot decoction syndrome was 0.674%,cassia twig and probability of aconite decoction syndrome was 0.09%,the probability of cassia twig to peony decoction syndrome was 0.012%,The probability of the newly added decoction of guizhi is < 0.01%,and the probability of the diagnosis of guizhi plus kudzu soup is quite large,and the diagnosis is basically correct.Conclusion: through the intelligent diagnosis results can be proved that using DUCG six-channel differentiation knowledge expression and reasoning method validation studies is feasible and can effectively support the intelligent diagnosis,also explains the knowledge acquisition through modeling,knowledge base and reasoning diagnosis analysis method to promote the study of the intelligent diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine is reasonable.
