A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Joint Swelling And Pain After Knee Arthroscopy With Self-made Lower Limb Fumigation And Washing Prescription

Objective: By observing the self-prepared fumigation-washing decoction which was coming from my tutor according to his many years of clinical experience summary in treatment of knee joint pain after knee arthroscopy,to provide a clinical basis for the treatment of knee joint pain after knee arthroscopy.Methods: Select the 68 cases of patients who were treated in our hospital between May 2016 and November 2017 included in the standard as the research object,according to chronological sequence of hospital patients are numbered,with random counter 34 cases were divided into observation group and control group in 34 cases,two groups of patients within 1 week after surgery were to be the same basic treatment,after take out stitches in a wound,the single blind method,observation group to be the lower limbs to smoked wash,the control to the iodine volts heating water fumigation,two groups of similar smoked wash color,smell a bit difference,people don’t know which is the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation which is iodine volts fumigation,1 week treatment cycle.Before fumigation treatment and after treatment of 1,3,5,7 d 9:00 am,17:00 PM for limb knee weeks diameter measuring,before and after treatment of 1,3,5,7 d 9:00 am,17:00 PM to observe and record the VAS pain score,observe and record AKS score 7 d after treatment.Results: After the treatment of the observation group,the swelling of the knee joint was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the observation group had better treatment of the swelling of the knee joint than the control group.The excellent rate of HSS score of 7d after treatment was 94.87%,while the control group was 84.62%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group for the postoperative functional recovery of the knee joint.Observation group after treatment 3 5 d VAS score lower than the control group,but therewas no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),7 d after treatment was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),the observation group after treatment 3 to 5 days analgesic effect is basically the same as the control group,but the seventh day after the treatment of pain relief effect is better than the control group.Conclusions: The self-prepared fumigation-washing decoction has an clear efficacy of dispelling edema and relieving pain in treatment of knee joint pain after knee arthroscopy,also has good effect on the recovery of knee joint function;The therapy short course and efficacy is obvious and side effects are small,can effectively reduce the hospitalization expenses and time,worthy of clinical popularization and application...
