Objective: In this paper,the content of heavy metals and pesticide residues of Lily and Figwort from different producing areas in China were investigated in order to establish the national industry standard of heavy metal limits and pesticide residues of Lily and Figwort.Methods: According to the fourth part of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2015 edition,the content of Cu、Hg、As、Pb、Cd in Lily and Figwort from different producing areas was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS),and the pesticide residues of lily were determined by gas-mass spectrometry.A gas chromatography method was developed for the determination of organochlorine residues in Pesticide of Figwort.Results: Determination of heavy Metals in 48 batches of Lily(medicinal materials)Cu≤16.75 μg/g、Hg≤0.085 μg/g、As≤1.181 μg/g、Pb≤1.140 μg/g、Cd≤0.295 μg/g,All of them were lower than the Green Industry Standards for the Import and Export of Medicinal Plants and Preparations.In 20 batches of Lily medicinal material,37 kinds of agricultural residues were all≤0.115 μg/g,and one batch of them exceeded the green industry standard in parathion content.Heavy Metals in 10 batches of Figwort(medicinal materials)Cu≤13.72 μg/g、Hg≤0.018 μg/g、As≤0.061 μg/g、Pb≤0.431 μg/g、Cd≤0.376 μg/g,one batch of Cd exceeded the green industry standard.The residual contents of 21 organochlorine pesticides were less than 0.053 μ g / g,and all of them were below the standard of 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Heavy Metals in 48 batches of Figwort(piece)Cu≤18.04 μg/g、Hg≤0.831 μg/g、As≤0.609 μg/g、Pb≤1.732 μg/g、Cd≤0.376 μg/g,Among them,3 batches Hg and 1 batches Cd contain more than green industry standard;The residual contents of 21 organochlorine pesticides in 30 batches of Figwort(piece)were less than 0.059 μg/g,which were lower than the standard of 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion: In this paper,the reference to the Pharmacopoeia and the improvement of the established heavy metal and pesticide residue detection methods have good practicality,it can be used to detect heavy metal and pesticide residue quickly and accurately;According to the large amount of data obtained from the inspection,the reference to the Green Industry Standards for the Import and Export of Medicinal Plants and Preparations and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia standards,the national standards for the heavy metals of Lily and Figwort and the agricultural residues are formulated and to be reported to relevant departments.This article is of great significance to improve the quality of Lily and Figwort Comprehensively,and to ensure its safety and efficacy.
