Purpose: Analyze and compare different surgical results for different types of macular retina.Explore the relevant factors of surgical outcomes.The relationship between macular structure and visual function prognosis before and after macular membrane surgery was observed.Methods: The clinical data of patients undergoing surgical treatment in our department every year were retrospectively analyzed,including male 14(eye)and female 14(eye);secondary macular epiretinal membrane and idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane.All patients underwent preoperative anterior and posterior eye examinations and optical coherence tomography.After excluding surgical contraindications,three standard incisions were made and a pars plana vitrectomy was performed to remove the macular epiretinal membrane.Observed the best corrected visual acuity,macular center thickness changes before and after surgery.Application software for statistical analysis,preoperative and postoperative comparisons,analysis of correlations,discussion of differences between the two,comparison of postoperative visual acuity and postoperative visual improvement of patients with idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane and secondary macular epiretinal membrane The difference is different.Results: Preoperative BCVA was(0.18±0.07),and visual acuity improved after surgery.Three months after operation,BCVA increased significantly compared with preoperatively,and BCVA at 3 months after operation was(0.38±0.12)(P<0.05).The patient’s internal ring radial thickness,macular foveal thickness,thickness above the outer ring,nasal ring thickness of the inner ring,thickness under the outer ring,radial thickness of the outer ring,thickness above the inner ring,thickness under the inner ring,nasal side of the outer ring The thickness was significantly lower than before surgery,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis of patients’ preoperative thickness of the medial condyle,thickness of the external iliac crest,thickness of the macular fovea,thickness of the medial patellar thickness before and after surgery,radial thickness of the external ring before and after surgery,macular fovea before and after surgery The difference in thickness difference was negatively correlated with postoperative BCVA(P<0.05).The BCVA of the idiopathic and secondary macular epiretinal membrane was significantly improved compared with preoperative(P<0.01),and with the prolonged recovery time after surgery,7 days after operation,1 month after operation and postoperative.The BCVA at 3 months was significantly better than that at 1 day after surgery(P<0.05),and the BCVA became stable.However,in the comparison between the secondary macular epiretinal membrane group and the idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane group,idiopathic macular can be seen.The BCVA of the anterior membrane group was better than that of the secondary macular epiretinal membrane at each time point after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The thickness of patient’s internal ring radial thickness,macular foveal thickness,thickness above the outer ring,nasal ring thickness of the inner ring,thickness under the outer ring,radial thickness of the outer ring,thickness above the inner ring,thickness under the inner ring,nasal side of the outer ring was significantly lower than before surgery.(2)The BCVA was significantly better than before surgery.(3)The postoperative BCVA was negatively associated with the preoperative central macular thickness(CMT),retinal thickness of temporal part within the inner and outer ring,the difference between pre-and post-operative CMT,and the difference between pre-and post-operative retinal thickness of inner ring.(4)There was no statistically significant difference between the CMT of idiopathic epiretinal membrane and secondary epiretinal membrane preoperatively,neither postoperatively.
