[Background]A large number of epidemiological statistical studies have confirmed that the number of men with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is a significant difference in brittle fractures in women, and this difference is more obvious in women with coronary heart disease before and after menopause. The incidence of atherosclerotic heart disease before and after menopause in women is similar. Therefore, there is a possible correlation between estrogen and the incidence of brittle fracture in women with coronary heart disease.[Objective]To investigate the relationship between estrogen receptor(ESRA)gene polymorphisms and the occurrence of fragility fractures in postmenopausal women of ethnic minority menopausal women in Suzhou,Jiangsu Province.[Methods]To select 160 cases of heart failure menopause women who were older than 60 years old in 2009-2014 years. There were 80 cases of fracture group and 80 cases of control group, respectively, aged 40-75 years old, average 60 years old, using the past history, clinical general situation method and clinical blood test, and using polymerization. The ESR gene PvuII polymorphism(rs2234693,C>T)of the two groups of patients was observed by the biological detection method of the synthase chain reaction restriction enzyme cut length polymorphism analysis.Bone mineral density was determined by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(bone mineral density(BMD)).The PvuⅡ fragment length polymorphism of the ESR1 gene(restriction fragment lengthpolymorphism,RFLP)was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction restriction enzyme cut length polymorphism.step 1.extraction of patient DNA,and 2.of the DNA with PCR amplification to obtain the estrogen receptor gene product;3.The estrogen receptor gene products obtained by PCR can be differentiated into different bands after digestion with restriction endonuclease PvuⅡ in a specific system, different bands were identified which is genotypes.4.the results of the analysis were detected by the gel imaging operating system. Finally,we observed the relationship between ESRa gene polymorphism and the incidence of brittle fracture in postmenopausal women.RFLP is represented by EP(PvuⅡ).[Results]X2 analysis was used to study the control group and the fracture group. There was no significant difference between the control group and the fracture group in the frequency distribution of genotypes and alleles(P>0.05).The frequency distributions between the control group and the fracture group of PP,Pp and pp genotypes were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between P and P in the frequency distribution of allele(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The incidence of menopause female and fragile fracture is not related to the restriction fragment length polymorphism of PvuⅡ of estrogen receptor alpha gene enzyme cut site in Suzhou,Jiangsu Province.
