Clinical Observation Of Gentong Decoction In Treating Nerve Root Cervical Spondylopathy (Stagnation Of Qi And Blood Stasis)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of GENTONGTANG Modification on Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy(qi stagnation,blood stasis syndrome),and provide basis for clinical application.Method:Qualified filter into(qi stagnation,blood stasis syndrome)on Cervical Spondylotisis Radiculopathy,a total of 60 cases of patients,patients randomly divided into treatment group and control group were given GENTONGTANG Modification,2 times a day,after meals,combined with the seat traction treatment of 14 days;Control group given JINGTONGKELI combined with seat traction treatment for 14 days,14 days for a period of treatment Fill out the informed consent of patients before,during,and after treatment in both groups Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy symptom scale,basic information table 1 treatment course after the relevant indicators such as duration of the degree of cervical vertebra pain activity index numb the pain,the last observation after treatment in both groups related indicators of change,evaluating the GENTONGTANG Modification in the treatment of qi and blood stasis type curative effect on Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy.Results: the total curative effect of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of treatment group 86.67%,control group total effective rate of 73.33%,the treatment group is better than that of control group,have obvious differences between the two groups,there was statistical significance(p < 0.05)before and after treatment,two groups of patients in the degree of cervical motion duration of pain numb the pain index on indicators such as comparison,in the group have significant difference,statistically significant(p < 0.05);Before and after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in the index of the duration of pain in the cervical activity pain index(p<0.05).Conclusion:GENTONGTANG Modification(qi stagnation,blood stasis syndrome)on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type cervical activity can improve patients pain index duration of pain degree of numbness on the indicators are effective,compared with JINGTONGKELI,has better clinical effect,and no adverse reactions,is worth popularizing in clinic.
