Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Shaoyao Decoction In The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis With Accumulation Of Damp-heat

Objective:To summarize the curative effect of Jiawei Yu Yao Tang combined with moxibustion moxibustion in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)damp-heat atrophy patients and to observe the improvement of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the efficacy of endoscopic intestinal mucosa,and the serum inflammatory factors Influence and explore its possible mechanism of action.Methods:A total of 82 cases of chronic ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were identified as hygrothermal adenomyosis in the anorectal ward and outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to December 2017.According to the random number list method Thirty-one patients were divided into treatment group and control group.Eight cases were lost and lost during the study,including 4 cases in control group and 4 cases in treatment group.The control group was treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets orally,and the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Yuyao Decoction combined with mesalazine and enteric-coated tablets.All patients were treated for 8 weeks,and the clinical efficacy and traditional Chinese medicine were observed before and after the treatment.Symptom scores,efficacy of TCM syndromes,efficacy of endoscopic intestinal mucosal mucosa,and evaluation of changes in cellular inflammatory factors.Results:Clinical studies show that the treatment group symptom scores and TCM syndromes are superior to the control group(P<0.05);there is no significant difference in the effect of the colon mucosal symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05);the serum in the treatment group after treatment Interleukin-8 and TNF-αwere significantly decreased(P<0.05).No adverse reactions and adverse events occurred during the treatment except for 2 patients in the western medicine group who developed gastrointestinal reactions.Functional,blood routine,and electrocardiogram did not show any abnormal clinical value during the course of treatment.Conclusion:1.Jiawei peony combined with mesalazine group can improve the level of efficacy and primary and secondary symptoms of dampness-heat-concentrated ulcerative colitis with TCM syndromes.2.Both groups can eliminate or improve clinical symptoms and promote intestinal mucosal repair and healing.3.Jiawei peony decoction combined with mesalazine group may promote the promotion of inflammatory cell apoptosis by inhibiting the expression levels of IL-8and TNF-α,thus achieving anti-inflammatory effects on UC patients.4.Jiawei yamedang combined with mesalazine group had less adverse reactions and higher safety.
