Research On The Management Innovation Of Intangible Assets Of Public Hospitals In Y Province

Public hospital is the collection of medicine,teaching and research as well as disaster relief as one of the non-profit medical institution.Although intangible assets cannot be calculated and revealed due to regulatory documents such as the defects of "Hospital Accounting System",but the core competitiveness of modern hospital depends on intangible assets increasingly.Intangible assets has become the core competitiveness of the hospital and the important economic resources to promote the development of the hospital quickly.With the deepening of the "Medical Reform",the competition form of medical institutions has been changed from tangible assets to intangible assets.The traditional concept of intangible assets,backwardness and extensive management mode has become a limitation of development of hospital.The innovation of intangible assets management mode and fully embody the value realization is imminent.This study analyzed the correlation between innovation management of hospital intangible assets and the core competitiveness and value creation,and indicated the important and feasibility of management of intangible assets.In addition,the purpose of this study focus on value transformation of intangible assets,and the analysis of current situation of public hospital intangible assets management in Yunnan province.Analyzed the existing defects,pointed out the main reasons of unsuccessful transformation,including the hospital management and the system of intangible assets problem,this also is a new direction of innovative management of intangible assets;Thirdly,based on the promotion of skills and integration of several resources,the key point is the hospital should build a set of management mode of intangible assets.Finally,this study also indicated during the medical reform,public hospital must be cautious of the loss of intangible assets,in order to ensure the public service properties of public hospital unchangeable,as well as explore the core competitiveness,strengthen the awareness of the protection of the intangible assets.
