treatment of migraine have aroused wide attention in the medical community:Moreover,treatment for headache through Chinese medicine has a long history,with a wealth of clinical experience.Study on the Clinical Adaptation Symptom Group of Treatment of Migraine with Naoan Pills is part of the multidisciplinary clinical study of Naoan pills in the treatment of clinical symptoms of migraine.In accordance with the International Headache Association,migraine clinical research guidelines" requirements,designed a prospective multi-center clinical research program.PurposeTo further evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Naoan pills in the treatment of migraine headache;To further explore the clinical symptom groups of Naoan pills for the treatment of migraine.MethodThis study uses a multi-center,prospective design.Naoan pills is a drug for the treatment of stroke sequelae,because the reported less early literature of Naoan pills,so the number of test samples to determine the reference to other drugs.Mainly through the outpatient and advertising recruiting way to collect patients,meet the inclusion criteria of patients first signed informed consent,and physical and 4 weeks after the end of treatment,8 weeks follow-up 1 times.SPSS 20.0 statistical software package for statistical analysis.All the statistical tests were used bilateral t test,P<0.05 that the difference was statistically significant,P<0.01 as a highly significant statistically significant.The primary outcome measures were the percentage of headache episodes,the number of episodes of the the former group before treatment,the number of headache attacks,the number of days were reduced,Headache attack days reduced by half increased(P<0.05).2.4 weeks of treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks of follow-up compared with the former group before treatment,the headache attack,mental state,functional status and PRO total score were decreased;3.4 weeks of treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks of follow-up compared with the former group before treatment,Tanshi syndrome,Yuzheng syndrome,Qixu syndrome,Yinxu syndrome,Yangxu Syndrome scores have declined.Clinical adaptation symptoms cluster of Naoan
