The heat used in industrial parks mainly relies on pipelines to transport steam.There are different degrees of heat loss in the process of steam transportation.The selection of insulation material,insulation structure,design of heat insulation pipe bracket of steam pipeline and application of aluminium foil anti-radiation layer have the most important influence on heat loss of steam pipeline.In this paper,the microcosmic characteristics and properties of five commonly used heat preservation materials were tested and analyzed.The heat loss of heat insulation pipe brackets and their components were tested and analyzed.Suggestions for optimizing the design of heat insulation pipe brackets were put forward.The temperature drop of each layer of heat preservation layer of steam pipelines was tested and the effects of heat preservation materials,thickness of heat preservation and the number of layers used in aluminium foil reflective layer on the heat preservation performance of heat preservation structure.The software for calculating heat loss of thermal insulation structure was compiled,and the heat loss calculation and economic analysis under different schemes were carried out for relevant engineering cases.The most economical and minimal heat loss scheme of steam pipeline was obtained.The research results showed that the insulation effect of fibrous insulation materials was related to the uniformity of fiber diameter distribution and porosity of materials.The diameter distribution of nano aerogel materials was the most homogeneous,the porosity is the highest,and the insulation effect is the best.The heat dissipation loss of the heat pipe support was mainly composed of three parts,namely,the heat dissipation of the pipe clamp,the heat dissipation of the supporting ribs and the heat dissipation of the bottom plate,and the heat dissipation of the pipe clamp accounted for 36%of the total heat dissipation of the pipe support.Supporting ribs accounted for about 30%,floor for about 34%,pipe bracket for about 5%of the total heat loss of the pipeline;The heat loss of the upper part of the pipeline was the largest,and the heat loss of the lower part was the smallest.The heat preservation scheme should increase the shawl insulation on the upper part of the pipeline;Under the same thickness,the temperature drop of each layer gradually decreases from inside to outside,and the heat preservation of the inner layer should choose heat preservation with high temperature resistance,good heat preservation performance and long service life.Material experimental research showed that when the diameter of the tube was 426mm and the core tube temperature was about 300 degrees Celsius,the insulation structure of the 40mm nano aerogel+120mm high temperature glass cotton+7 layer aluminum foil anti radiation layer had better thermal insulation effect;The software was used to design the insulation scheme for the engineering example,and the smallest heat loss and the most economical insulation structure was 10mm filament fiber+150mm microporous calcium silicate+3 0mm polyurethane.
