Bearings are widely used in machinery and equipment in various industries.Fault diagnosis of bearings is the focus of development in the field of diagnostic technology.In the case of rotating machinery,the damage of rolling bearings accounts for approximately30%.Some occasions such as high temperature,corrosion,large-scale machinery,and relative motion state are inconvenient to use contact-type vibration measurement.The acoustic signal measurement has the characteristics of non-contact and sensitivity to early failures.This article aims at the inconvenient contact measurement rolling bearings,using the non-contact microphone sensor array as the signal acquisition method.Combining the beamforming optimization algorithm,the Synchrosqueezed Wavelet Transforms(SWT)as acoustic signal processing method to develop a fault diagnosis method for a rolling bearing based on acoustic signals.Combining the two algorithms,the signal-to-noise ratio and time-frequency resolution of the signal are improved,and the sensitivity of the SWT to noise is optimized.The main work of this article is as follows:The structural model and signal acquisition principle of the microphone array are analyzed.The preprocessing principle and algorithm of beamforming acoustic signal enhancement based on singular value weighting are introduced.The structure of the bearing and its acoustical mechanism are analyzed and the advantages and difficulties of acoustic diagnosis are pointed out.The method of diagnosis of rollin g bearing was studied,and the methods of time domain index analysis,characteristic frequency analysis,time spectrum,and envelope spectrum were introduced.The basic principles of the wavelet transform and the Synchrosqueezed Wavelet Transforms and the implementation of the algorithm are also introduced in detail in this paper.The simulation analysis is carried out through the Matlab software platform.This study also completed the design and construction of a rolling bearing acoustic array fault simulation test bench,and introduced the design of the overall hardware system.Based on the theory of related theoretical algorithms,LabVIEW and Matlab software systems are used to program and implement the overall algorithm.The software system consists of data acquisition and storage,microphone array acoustic signal enhancement,simultaneous compression wavelet transform signal processing reconstruction,time domain waveform and index analysis,time spectrum analysis,spectrum and envelope spectrum analysis.At last,the experimental data acquisition of the rolling bearing fault simulation experiment platform was designed and constructed.After the collected experimental data was processed,the results were analyzed.The effectiveness of the algorithm studied in this paper was preliminarily verified,and the feasibility of the software system was achieved.The desired goal.
