| In recent years,the state and society have paid great attention to the issue of workers' income,and Chinese government has also made important adjustments to the income distribution policy from a macro perspective,from advocating that the increase of labor remuneration is lower than the increase of labor productivity to promoting the increase of labor remuneration and labor productivity simultaneously.Based on this background,this study uses 2001-2016 national statistical yearbook data filtering process,first using stationarity test,cointegration test and error correction,verifies the long-term equilibrium and short-term dynamic relationship between the labor remuneration rate and labor productivity growth,and join the virtual variables to test changes in the structure of time series;Secondly,granger causality test is used to study the causality.Finally,a VAR model is established to further explore the synchronization between the growth of labor remuneration and labor productivity through impulse response analysis and variance decomposition.The findings are as follows: first,there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the growth of labor remuneration and labor productivity in China,and short-term dynamic adjustment can also ensure the two are in an equilibrium state.Meanwhile,the time series selected is stable and there is no economic structure change.Second,granger causality relationship exists between growth of labor remuneration and growth of labor productivity.Third,the growth of labor productivity has a direct and continuous impact on the growth of labor remuneration,while the growth of labor remuneration has a certain time lag on the growth of labor productivity.Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis of the growth rate of labor remuneration and labor productivity,this paper summarizes the situation of the synchronous increase of labor remuneration and labor productivity,and puts forward suggestions on how to achieve the synchronization. |
