With the improvement of people's material life,people pay more and more attention to inner experience.According to a study,people who often maintain good mood are more creative in their work and have more fulfilling life,and they can solve problems more easily.Mood could be affected by many factors,scholars have explained that job press might affect employees' mood.With the development of science and technology,the competition between companies becomes more and more fierce.In order to survive in the competition,enterprises need to keep innovative constantly.For this reason,employees need to work overtime even at weekend to complete their tasks.If employees don't work overtime,they cannot finish their work.Appropriate pressure is the motivation of employees' work,while excessive pressure will make employees feel depressed,passive,and inefficient,which directly affects the efficiency of the company and won't benefit long-term development of the company.In order to alleviate tension and anxiety,and work in a more relaxed and enjoyable way,employees often adjust their mood by participating in leisure activities.They hope to relieve the unpleasant mood caused by job stress through various leisure activities.However,in addition to the self-regulating way through leisure activities,can companies relieve the mood of employees by improving job satisfaction?Based on the achievement of the study about job press and job satisfaction,this paper will study the internal relationship between job press,job satisfaction and enterprise employees' mood.This paper will also study the internal relationship between job press,leisure activities and enterprise employees' mood.In this paper,job stress is used as independent variable and enterprise employees' mood is used as dependent variable,while introducing job satisfaction and leisure activities as regulated variable,to explore job stress' s impact on enterprise employees' mood.Then this paper will propose related hypotheses and research model.The data of this paper comes from Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS)2015.SPSS22 software will be used to analyze the data.Correlation analysis method and regression analysis method will be used to test the hypotheses.Through statistical analysis,this study finds some conclusions as follow.First,enterprise employees may feel depressed caused by job stress.Second,job satisfaction can be the moderating role between job press and enterprise employees' mood.The bad mood of enterprise employees caused by job press becomes better under the condition of moderating role of job satisfaction.Third,the leisure activities as a whole can't be the moderating role between job press and enterprise employees' mood.Part of the leisure activities can be the moderating role between job press and enterprise employees' mood.The bad mood of enterprise employees caused by job press becomes better under the condition of proper leisure activities.According to the above empirical results,the practical significance of this paper is to encourage enterprises to improve the employee's mood in the way of improving employee's job satisfaction,so as to alleviate job press,improve work performance,and improve corporate organizational effectiveness.
