Research On New Urbanization Under The Background Of Merinvillaes And Towns

The development of urbanization is a profound transformation of the economic and social structure,and even promotes a fundamental shift in production mode and life style.The adjustment and transformation of urban and rural social structures are the gradual process of long-term accumulation and development,which involvemultiple aspects,such as the construction of infrastructure,legislation,management,and the improvement of national quality.The new type of urbanization,setting higher requirement for the development of urban and rural integration,is an essential impetus to China's economic and social development in the next period of time.Reasonable and appropriate adjustment of administrative division can boost the benign interaction and development of economy and society effectively,and can also provide new development opportunities for the new type of urbanization.This paper takes the adjustment of township division as the research background and takes the JL subdistrict in Shandong Province as the research object,where the township organizations have been merged.The adjustment of the administrative division has been carried out in JL subdistrict,through the combination of theoretical research and practical investigation and analysis,we systematically analyzes and discusses the overall development plan of small town construction,public service methods,and social governance mode.In response to the problems existing in the urbanization process,corresponding solutions have been found in the theoretical and practical aspects.This paper is divided into seven chapters: Chapter 1 is introduction,which mainly introduce the theoretical and practical significance of this study.It comb and summary the research status quo at home and abroad.The chapter 2 from the theoretical point of view and from the perspective of the overall situation of the country,this paper summarizes the concepts related to township withdrawal and new urbanization,discusses the relationship between township withdrawal and new urbanization,and analyzes its theoretical basis.Chapter 3 study the motivation and process of JL subdistrict township withdrawal,and conduct systematic data analysis on the questionnaire results of related issues through SPSS,then objectively evaluate the series of problems about the merging of villages and towns from the reflection of the masses in the jurisdiction,analyze the overall effect of the withdrawal and merger of township institutions on JL subdistrict urbanization development from the aspects of agglomeration development effect,human settlement environment construction and grassroots democracy development.Chapter 4 systematically analyze the problems existing in the urbanization process of JL subdistrict under the background of zoning adjustment and the causes of these problems.Chapter 5 analyze the relevant issues one by one,makes rational thinking from the perspectives of enhancing local governance efficiency,building small towns with special characteristics,and administrative management system reform,and also learns from the experiences and practices in other regions and puts forward targeted constructive suggestions.Based on the above empirical research,chapter 6 comprehensively analyze the effect of township merging on urbanization development.Explore how to construct the two-way flow mechanism of urban and rural elements,realize the integration of urban and rural culture,and promote the construction of characteristic towns.
