Performance management as the administrative department for improve the efficiency of management,promote the administrative work of effectively implementing means and ways,in recent years in the national administrative authorities at various levels applied widely acclaimed,become the party and the government administrative way in governing ideas of innovation into practice.After the widespread implementation of performance management,most of the administrative organ formed with one of the benign development situation,the administrative work through "performance evaluation" promote and reversed transmission mechanism,driving each unit in accordance with the corresponding standards for examination and assessment of performance management,open to the masses "bask in the transcript," his "showing right",forming a positive work atmosphere and serious and responsible work attitude,for the administrative organ in enhance administrative efficiency,promote the transformation of the government,improve the work quality,and the effect produced positive promoting and pushing role in many aspects.With the rising and development of performance management level,and improve the technical level of the informatization of reinforcement,performance management informatization has become a comprehensive promote the further development of performance management work required and necessary.National tax departments at the grass-roots level is one of the most grass-roots tax law enforcement agencies in our country,is an important link in building a service-oriented government,the forefront of national tax departments at the grass-roots level as the performance management informatization,became the "experimental field" of performance management informatization,continuous improvement and innovation,many of the methods and process ofperformance management informatization.In the national tax departments at the grass-roots level comprehensive promotion performance management informatization,national tax departments at the grass-roots level of work efficiency and work quality as well as the national tax cadres at the grass-roots level employees work attitude and work enthusiasm has made great change,such as the development of national tax also made great progress.However,most of the national tax departments at the grass-roots level of the current performance management informatization exploration is based on research and development of performance management system of the state administration of taxation,from the practice of performance management in national tax departments at the grass-roots level of informatization situation and development prospects,there are still many problems need to be taken seriously.Performance management informationization work,both in improving administrative efficiency,performance management,process monitoring,effective running of the system or the results of the appraisal met in such aspects as feedback and to use a certain amount of hinder,performance management have also been unable to adapt to the development level of informationization at present era of national tax departments at the grass-roots level continuously put forward new requirements.Therefore,the current information construction of performance management needs to follow the development pace of the new era and the reform.This article through to the national tax departments at the grass-roots level of the current performance management informatization is analyzed the current situation and problems,try to put forward to optimize some methods and countermeasures on the development of performance management informatization,so as to improve the performance management of national tax departments at the grass-roots level and the overall service level,optimizes the allocation of functions,improving the quality of tax collection and administration,and the quality of tax revenue.Ganzhou city in jiangxi province in this paper,the author work it state tax bureau since the implementation of performance management informatization's basic situation,for example,first of
