With the rapid development of information technology,the knowledge-based economy era of the Internet of Things has arrived,and China's economic development has entered the “new normal”,and the country has also vigorously promoted independent innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading.On the condition of increasingly fierce market competition and complex operating environments,enterprises must survive and achieve sustainable healthy development depending on organizational innovation.After all,the innovation of the organization still relies on innovative talents in the organization.Therefore,how to enhance the creativity of employees is a difficult problem that every enterprise must face,and it is also an urgent need to resolve.Similarly,in academic circles,although the research on employee creativity has been going on for several decades,the heat has remained high and it is an important issue in the field of organizational behavior and human resource management.Under such a realistic and theoretical background,the present study explored the impact mechanism of organizational innovation climate on employee creativity through combing and summarizing the literature from the perspective of interactions between individual and contextual levels.A theoretical model was constructed by using knowledge sharing as a mediator and psychological safety as a regulated variable.In this study,employees of Chinese companies were investigated and 252 valid sample data were collected.Combining literature research,questionnaire surveys,and data analysis methods,SPSS19.0,Amos21.0,and other analytical tools were used to test the relationship among organizational innovation climate,employee creativity,knowledge sharing,and psychological safety.The empirical result shows that:(1)The organizational innovation climate and its three dimensions(colleague support,supervisor support,and organizational support,the same below)have a significant positive impact on employee creativity.And the impact of supervisor support is strongest.(2)The organizational innovation climate and its three dimensions have a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing,with supervisor support playing the strongest role.(3)Knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact on employee creativity.(4)Knowledge Sharing plays an intermediary role in the relationship between organizational innovation atmosphere and its three dimensions and employee creativity.(5)Psychological safety plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between organizational innovation climate including its three dimensions and knowledge sharing.Finally,this study fully explained and discussed the results of hypothesis testing.Based on this,three suggestions were put forward for enterprise management practices,with a view to provide reference for the innovation and development of Chinese enterprises.
