With the strategy of innovation-driven development is being implementing,Complex Product will have far-reaching influence on many industries in our country,which make it becoming the core of modern industrial field.Using team has become the main form to carry out technical R&D of the complex product at home and abroad.Because the Complex Product's R&D tasks are characterized by multiple technology systems and multi-level integration,the selection of R&D team members has different characteristics from the general "simple" product R&D team.However,the most research findings about Complex Product mainly focus on R&D process,technologies capabilities and innovation management.And the research on team member election focus on the field of new product R& D team member selection,the partner selecting in dynamic alliance,partner selection in Virtual Enterprises.Therefore,the of member selection of R&D team in Complex Product is much less studied.Accordingly,this paper studies the selection of complex product R&D team members considering individual ability and interoperability.The main works are described as follows:This paper studied the characteristics,R&D process,the characteristics,types,scale and basic principles of R&D team.On this basis,the evaluating indicator of R&D team members of complex product was explored considering two aspects: individual ability and interoperability,and the idea,implementation process,main content and the key problems to be solved were also explored.A method for determining the individual capability of R & D team members based on double information of Bayesian network was proposed.With the evaluating indicator of the individual ability of the team members,the Bias network graph is constructed by analyzing the logical relationship between all factors.The probability distribution of the uncertain attribute values was determined according to the information of the Bias network,and the individual ability value of the team members under the complex product was calculated with the information of the expert decision information.For the sake of measuring the individual ability of R & D team of complex products,a dynamic evaluation method considering time factors and excitation mechanism was proposed.Through the incentive model,the multi-stage individual capability of R & D team members was determined.Analyzed the cooperative relationship among the members of the complex product R & D team.In order to clear the way of thinking,the process of determining the coordination ability was formulated.The weight vector of the evaluation index was calculated by the method of expert judgement matrix,and the mathematical expression of coordination ability was determined with the evaluation value,and the collaborative capability model of complex product R & D team members was established.In order to rationally and scientifically select the members of complex product R & D team,the cost constraints and time control of R & D team members were analyzed and studied.An optimization model of complex product R & D team members was constructed,which considers individual ability and interoperability,and the SPEA 2 algorithm was used to solve the model,decision makers can choose team members according to the degree of attention to the individual ability and interoperability.Finally,the method from the paper was applied,and the application results show that the method proposed in this paper was reasonable and valid.
