Team creativity is an important means to guarantee the competitive advantage of enterprises,and also a hot research topic in academic and management practice.However,previous studies focused on the task conflict and relationship conflict or both interaction effects on team creativity,few scholars have studied how the status conflict in the team can play a role in team creativity.Status conflicts arise from emotional needs within the human heart,which is inevitable during the interaction of the work team.The process of long-term competitive status and influence of team members will inevitably affect individual behaviors and team interaction results.In the process of exploring the mechanism of status conflict on team creativity,starting from the perspective of self-determination,to investigate the mediating role of team psychological empowerment in the relationship between the two,at the same time,relationship conflict and procedural justice are introduced as the regulating variables to explore the boundary conditions affecting the mechanism.Using a questionnaire for data collection,and the survey results of 104 working teams and a total of 428 employees were selected as the effective samples.Using SPSS 20.0 and Mplus7.4 to analyze and test the data,the results showed that: Status conflict positively affects team creativity;team psychological authorization plays a full mediation role between status conflict and team creativity;relationship conflict plays a negative moderating role in the positive relationship between status conflict and team psychological empowerment:in a team with low relationship conflict,the positive correlation between status conflict and team psychological empowerment is stronger than that of the team with high relationship conflict;team relationship conflict can mediate the mediating role of team psychological authorization between status conflict and team creativity: the higher the relationship conflict,the weaker the mediation role of team psychological empowerment in the relationship between the two.Finally,we discuss the above results,and analyze the reasons why some hypothesis is not verified.In addition,also analyze the deficiencies in the study and the future research direction,hoping that the follow-up study will be perfected and developed.This study not only has the innovation significance in theory,but also has a strong practical guiding significance to the human resource management of the organization.
