Research On Financial Support In The Transformation And Upgrading Of Guangxi Sugar Industry

As the pillar industry of Guangxi,the sugar industry is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.It is an important livelihood industry to ensure the national sugar strategic security and the food safety of urban and rural residents.On the other hand,the development of sugar industry involves a wide range and many related industries,which is an important industrial basis for Guangxi to promote the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the poverty alleviation project.In a period of time,under the joint action of internal and external factors,Guangxi sugar industry is facing a series of development bottlenecks and "troubles" of transformation.As the core of the modern economic system,finance has an extremely important resource allocation role in supporting the real economy,promoting industrial high-end and coordinating the development of urban and rural areas.Therefore,strengthening financial support research in Guangxi's sugar industry transformation and upgrading is of great practical significance for Guangxi sugar industry to break through the plight.This paper,based on the theory of classic industrial upgrading,modern industrial upgrading and financial support,starts with the development of Guangxi sugar industry and the status of transformation and upgrading,and draws the transformation and upgrading of the industrial scale,industrial quality and industrial efficiency in the upgrading of the industrial transformation and upgrading of the industrial transformation and upgrading of the industrial transformation and upgrading of the Guangxi sugar industry in the transformation and upgrading of the three aspects.The characteristics of financial demand,and sort out different types of financial needs.Through the questionnaire survey,mathematical analysis and evaluation model construction,the financial support in the transformation and upgrading of Guangxi sugar industry is evaluated.It is concluded that in the transformation and upgrading of the Guangxi sugar industry,the financial support has a general degree,especially in the financing of sugar related enterprises,the development of financial industry,the development of sugar and sugar,and the sugar related finance.The evaluation of policy and credit environment is not satisfactory.Through the study,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,including the implementation of the differential credit policy,the improvement of the construction of the financial market system,the encouragement of the establishment of special institutions,the compensation mechanism for Innovation Guarantee and the improvement of the credit environment.
