With the worsening of human world environmental protection and the increasing shortage of traditional energy,the utilization and development of new energy resources are paid attention to by all countries.Is distributed photovoltaic solar power project is a kind of rapid development of new energy,it has small,scattered,access to the nearest,on-the-spot use,spontaneous for private use,Internet access,redundant power distribution side,wait for a characteristic,very suitable for individuals,enterprises and institutions such as custom photovoltaic applications.And generally distributed pv access is 220 v/380 volts,10 kv.At present,most of the distributed pv construction is built on the roof of industrial and commercial enterprises and the roofs of residential buildings.Characteristics of distributed pv:one is that the investment of a single project is small.According to the definition of national energy administration and state grid corporation,the distributed pv can't exceed 6 megawatt and the total investment is lower than that of the ground power station.Second,pollution is small,environmental benefits outstanding.Distributed pv has no pollution and can reduce carbon emission targets;The third is to alleviate the local electricity shortage in the local area.Because the distributed pv is nearby,it can reduce the power load of the enterprises surrounding the project and reduce the cost of electricity.In this paper,the development trend of the future electric power market is studied from the direction of distributed photovoltaic power generation,especially the energy storage technology and the sale of electric power.According to the comprehensive feasibility study of the project,a comprehensive study of Shanghai warehouse 2MWp distributed photovoltaic power generation project is carried out.First of all,this article comply with distributed photovoltaic projects under the premise of select principle and the characteristics of evaluation index,combined with the actual situation of Shanghai local distributed photovoltaic power generation projects,from project local geographical resources,technical conditions,economic,social and environmental impact of five perspective,to build a distributed photovoltaic power generation project feasibility evaluation system,comprehensive evaluation standard and basis is provided for this project.Second,warehousing 2 MWp distributed photovoltaic power generation project plan of Shanghai index made a comprehensive and systematic analysis,list of Shanghai warehouse 2 MWp distributed photovoltaic projects the pros and cons of the various evaluation index,item for the purpose of comprehensive assessment provides the data support.Finally,the entropy weight-TOPSIS distributed pv comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze the distributed photovoltaic power generation project in Shanghai.The analysis results show that the distributed photovoltaic power generation project is an excellent evaluation grade and meets the requirements of investment construction investment,which is feasible.
