Research On The Impact Of Relational Embeddedness On Business Model Innovation Intermediary Function Of Integration Ability

Production workmanship upgrades gradually under the influence of emerging technologys,blurry industry boundary,dynamic market conditions and constantly changing market rules.The regulations in most of the industries are going through a drastic change.Comparing with production workmanship innovation,researches have shown that business model innovation contributes to more accomplishments.A research made by Boston Consulting Group can prove it that traders adopted new business model earned a 6 % more than those who determined to apply innovative production workmanship technology.Besides,fourteen firms in twenty five most creative companys in the world are using new business model.Accordingly,whether a company adopt new business model has became a matter of life and death.A new business model serves to restructure and optimise internal and external resources of a company in an efficient and effective business method.The model includes two process:resources acquisition and resources integration.Companys using new business model obtain resources easier for blurry industry boundary.And they can get potential resources by relational embeddedness.Those resources give rise to relational spillover effect and the consequence is the major reason of companies exchanging their resources,information and emotion and is principal safeguard of business model innovation.After obtaining resources,company further restructure them and an efficient integration method is crux in the process.Thus,it is significant to investigate how a company obtain resources by relational embeddedness and restructure resources.Based on Theory of Embeddedness,Dynamic Capability Theory and Chain Theory,the paper retrospect previous studies and bring forward a new business pattern:relational embeddedness–resource integration ability–business model innovation.The paper analyzed the results of 211 questionnaires with SPSS 21.0software and reached the following conclusions:First,relational embeddedness and business model innovation have a positive correlation.Second,trust positively affect opportunity-distinguishing capability,partner-selecting capability and risk-controlling capability.Third,integration ability partly paly an intermediary part in the process of relational embeddedness and business model innovation.Those results enriched theoriesof business model and guide Chinese enterprise to reform their business model.The research showed that deep cooperation,sharing resources,sharing risks,and further restructure internal and external resources work together to contribute to a successful business model and those factors should based on trust among companies and Chain Theory.
