At the end of the 20 th century,the world began to enter the era of knowledge economy.The main core of knowledge economy is knowledge management,and the most important part of knowledge management is knowledge creation.Knowledge creation is an important component of knowledge management.It gradually becomes the main means by which enterprises,research institutes,universities and other organizations to increase their market competitiveness,occupy a certain advantageous position in the market and maintain long-term development.In order to adapt to the rapid development of technological economic globalization and rapid changes in market demand,enterprises need to break through technological and intellectual innovations in a short period of time to enhance their competitiveness.Therefore,the search for technical knowledge to create alliances has become an important choice for its development.Research team With the development of online media technology,a virtual team of scientific research models is formed.That is,social media is used as a communication platform to break the traditional face-to-face communication mode and organizational boundaries,and to search for knowledge-sharing members across different dimensions with a certain degree of dynamism,Temporary.Practice has proved that the virtual research team not only help enterprises and other resources to deal with technological innovation,human resources and knowledge issues,but also to improve the technology innovation alliance between the members of the technological innovation.Therefore,the research of knowledge creation in the social media environment is of great significance to the success of the cooperation of the virtual scientific research team.The paper researches the knowledge creation of virtual scientific research teams in the context of social media and mainly includes the following five aspects: First,the concept and characteristics of social media and virtual scientific research teams are defined,the meaning and classification of knowledge are proposed,and knowledge creation is analyzed.The process is based on the above theory.Second,the basis for constructing the knowledge creation process model is proposed,which mainly includes the SECI model and social media tools,technologies and theories.In this way,the knowledge creation process model of the virtual scientific research team in the context of social media is constructed,and the new knowledge needs,knowledge acquisition,knowledge identification,knowledge sharing,andknowledge integration are introduced in detail.These phases realize knowledge creation in the spiral cycle rise..Thirdly,the knowledge creation mechanism of the virtual scientific research team in the context of social media is put forward,including knowledge exchange mechanism,knowledge integration mechanism,trust mechanism,incentive mechanism and motivation mechanism.Then,from the aspects of social media,virtual research team members,environment of virtual research team and knowledge level of virtual scientific research team,the virtual research team's knowledge creation performance evaluation under the social media environment is constructed,19 index systems are constructed,and fuzzy consistent preferences are adopted.The relationship determines the weight of the indicator.Based on the expert's language score,the cloud theory model is used to evaluate the performance.Find out the key influencing factors to provide the basis for the improvement measures of knowledge creation performance.Finally,from the three aspects of knowledge creation model,knowledge creation mechanism and performance evaluation results,put forward the strategy of knowledge creation improvement of virtual scientific research team in the context of social media.The research of the thesis provides favorable theoretical basis and corresponding reference for improving the knowledge creation performance of the virtual scientific research team,and then enhancing the technological innovation ability of the company and enhancing the market competitiveness.
