Study On Mechanism And Countermeasures Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Wudi County

Poverty is a major issue that countries around the world face in restricting economic and social development.Eradicating poverty has always been the main responsibility of governments of all countries.China is a country with a large population.After nearly 40 years of reform and opening up,people's living standards have been greatly improved.However,in the eastern developed regions and the central and western regions,the problem of poverty still exists.Rural poverty alleviation work in poverty-stricken areas in developed provinces is also typical in China.Wudi County,located in Binzhou City,Shandong Province,is a representative case.First of all,the paper sorts out the concepts of precision poverty alleviation and related theories of precision poverty alleviation,and analyzes the poverty status of Wudi County from three perspectives: the income level of farmers in Wuxi County,the number of poor people,and the type of poverty.Secondly,collect data and analyze the status quo of accurate poverty alleviation in Wudi County,mainly from three aspects of accurate identification,accurate help,accurate exit,etc.,and evaluate the precision poverty alleviation in Wudi County from both economic and social benefits.Thirdly,this paper further analyzes the precision poverty alleviation mechanism in Wudi County and finds its problems.It finds that there are many problems in precision poverty alleviation in Wudi County.For example,the identification criteria are too “one size fits all”,the identification model is simple,and the work capacity of poverty alleviation officers is uneven.,Poor people's own capacity is insufficient and poor households have less income.Finally,aiming at the above problems,under the guidance of the theory of anti-poverty and the theory of empowerment,this paper proposes to improve Wudi County by establishing a floating mechanism for identifying standards,diversifying the recognition model,broadening the income channels for poor households,and empowering the poor to develop themselves.Accurate poverty alleviation work.The purpose of this study is to formulate a practical poverty alleviation strategy for poverty-stricken areas in developed provinces like Wuxi County.
