In today's society,innovation is often considered as an important source of organizational competitive advantage.The main body of organizational innovation is employees.So the organization's human resource management practices have a pivotal role in organizational innovation.In fact,many studies have shown that strategic human resource management is an effective way to accelerate organizational innovation.However,the mechanism of action between the two still lacks strong intermediate variables.Therefore,this paper draws on the existing research results of strategic human resource management and organizational innovation,and include knowledge sharing to explore the role of knowledge sharing and organizational innovation atmosphere in the mechanism of Strategic Human Resource Management on Organizational Innovation.It provides theoretical and practical reference for enterprises to carry out effective human resource management and enhance their innovation level.This article proposes the theoretical models and assumptions of the research based on the literature on strategic human resources management,knowledge sharing,organizational innovation atmosphere,and organizational innovation.Then conduct questionnaire design,release and data collection for the model.Thirdly,the statistical data analysis and hypothesis verification of the survey data were carried out by SPSS22.0.Finally,the conclusions of the research hypothesis in this paper are summarized.Based on the conclusions of the research,some suggestions for corporate practice are put forward,and the deficiencies of this paper and further research directions in the future are further discussed.The research findings of this paper show that strategic human resource management has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing and organizational innovation.However,in the dimensions of strategic human resources management,extensive training,employee participation,and incentive compensation are positively related to knowledge sharing,while employment assurance and internal promotion and knowledge sharing are not positively correlated.And between strategic human resource management and organizational innovation,knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role.In addition,the organizational innovation atmosphere plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between knowledge sharing and organizational innovation.That is,the better the organizational innovation atmosphere,the higher the level of knowledge sharing and organizational innovation promotion.
